I was told by another company that I needed a new compressor and that the Freon would cost me $1,400.
My compressor was replaced 10 months ago. A friend recommended Matthew Roberts and the tech came out first thing in the morning and it took Micheal Smith 30 minutes to have my air conditioner running. I truly trust this company I am so glad to be working with a company that has integrity. Thank you Micheal

I called for service in the morning and Michael came with an hour or so and knew exactly what my problem was and had everything up and running in a few minutes. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I am so grateful for him fixing my A/C so quick in this terrible heat! I will definately use Matthew Roberts Air Conditoning and Heating from now on! A++++!!!!

WOW! We have been happy customers for a number of years and Michael usually does the routine service. BUT today was exceptional. Michael, Cory, and Tyler installed a new unit and handler (removing the old and having to negotiate a tight attic and a long trek with stairs to and from the actual installation sites): and also they redid some old and less efficient duct work --> took them ALL day. They started by 08:30 and they didn't finish until well after dark - don't think they even stopped for lunch. Fantastic job and all three very pleasant, tidy, considerate, and obviously dedicated to doing the best quality work.
Have always though highly of this company ( and we have had a number of AC companies over the years), but after today - WOW! Cannot have higher reguard and praise for Mathew, Tyler, and Cory. Hope we do not need anything beyond routine service for a long time, but if we do, can be sure we will be calling these guys.

I’ve been using Matt Roberts for over 20 years. My first experience was with Matt himself. He did a repair and gave me the option of replacing a circuit board that he said was not really necessary. Saved me money.

Since we’ve been i our present house Matt has replaced 2 of my 3 AC systems. It’s not just replacing the components, it’s duct work, air handling boxes and standing by your work. These are not the cheapest people around, but the quality of the work and making it right when there is an issue is what’s important.

Today I had technician #5 come out to put new mastic on my vent and return lines in the attic. The estimate said “techincian will only repair accessible vents”. He went out of his way to ensure he got every single one. He also found two broken rerun lines that were doing nothing but air conditioning the attic. Wish I’d done this years ago.

We have a big house with 3 ac systems. When it’s #3’s time, I’m going to have Matt and his crew do the work.

I have two Carrier central air conditioning units (one for upstairs / one for downstairs) that I purchased "new" when I had the house built in 2011. I have had numerous problems with these units and the AC service Company that installed them.

Michael is an outstanding technician. He did a professional job and his recommendations were clear and concise. I plan to replace these units this winter -- I am definitely using Matthew Roberts AC for that job and requesting Michael as the service technician.

Garret and Corey were on time and extremely professional. They had the new AC unit set up earlier than anticipated.

Wow, I am a HAPPY customer! My AC died last week. Someone was at my house and found the problem with 30 minutes of my call. My AC was already pretty old, so I decided to get a new one. They got me several prices for different systems and explained the pros/cons for each one. The prices were great... 3 days later, I have a brand new AC... Everyone I talked to (the workers and the people at the office) were very nice, friendly, and happy to answer all my questions. I would happily use them again, and happily recommend them to all friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers.

As others have said, from start to finish Mathew Roberts A/C was top notch. Both on the day of the estimate and on the day of the install they were right on time. At the time of the estimate they were thorough and described several alternatives and we agreed on the best one. The day of install was equally as smooth. The installers were professional and did a great job of keeping my home clean and floors and furniture protected. They are my go-to A/C folks from now on.

They installed a new central air system in my home. They were extremely professional and accommodating to our needs and comfort. The techs, Ryan and Dustin were extremely nice, considerate and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company to continue the chain, as they were recommended to us.

Michael did a great job! He was very thorough and professional. He did an extremely neat job and had great attention to detail. There were things that I didn't even think about that he did. He explained the a routine maintenance program for my AC that will really help keep my AC working more efficiently.

Michael diagnosed my pool heat pump issue quickly (and explained the issue clearly) and came back the next day with Jake and quickly did the repairs. From the scheduling to the repair experience and pricing, it all was great. Would definitely use this group again for my pool heater or my AC units.

I came to know of this company via. my job (they maintain one of our office's A/C systems). I now use them at the rental property I am living at. The technicians are always extremely nice, courteous, and honest (Jose is AWESOME). Additionally, they are more-than-willing to answer any questions you may have. They, also, never try to sell you into getting any services you don't need. The technicians go above and beyond what they are called to do, and always get you up and running. This company is AWESOME!

Kevin arrived thirty minutes when I called after hours with my problem. He quickly diagnosed the problem and did a repair that had my unit operating within ten minutes of his arrival. He explained what he was doing, and how it had caused my problem. I barraged him with a lot of questions about old and new a/c systems. He gave very clear and thorough explanations. This is a company I have dealt with since August 2002. With me. they have a long record of great service, fairness, quality of work, and reliability. This is a great company to have for your heating and air-conditioning needs. They do it right.

My most recent repair call was for our upstairs AC. Michael was the repair technician and he was awesome. He found the issue and fixed the problem in no time flat. He even gave me some pointers for maintenance on my own.

There are other AC companies in town, but I'll always use Matthew Roberts AC!
