Great hard working guys laid sod at my house last year and my aunt's house today. Excellent communication and they only find the best sod. Would highly recommend!

We contacted Michael Geist's Yard Works to quote / then install new sod in our side yards. Michael came out and evaluated the property, measured the yardage and discussed our options. Within a day we had a quote. We were kept informed of when the sod would be cut and available to install. The installation was very professional, kept us informed and left the property clean and tidy.

Amazing service. His knowledge was incredible about what our lawn needed and how to remedy the problem. He was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Michael did a very good job at explaining what is important in maintaining good sod. Proper irrigation was key. I switched all my spray heads and the results are very good. He did kill all the old weeds and grass (twice) before the old was cut and removed. Make sure as the sod is laid the pieces with excessive crabgrass are not used. Sod with crabgrass is common from the farms and needs to be hand removed as the new sod takes to your yard. Overall I'm pretty happy with the St. Augustine. I keep it mowed to 4" height using sharp blades based on Michael suggestion.

Michael came out to our heavily wooded property and worked tirelessly for 2 days cleaning up leaves and debris. He did a great job, was on time, friendly, and super quick responses over text. We will definitely use Yard Works in the future.

Yard Works has put in sod And provides weekly maintenance on my yard and flowerbeds. They do outstanding work, and I am proud to have them work on my yard.

We hired Michael Geist Landscaping to replace the sod around our new pool and add grey granite rocks. Michael handled three pallets of sod and placed 1 to 3-inch grey granite rocks around the pool area, and the transformation looks fantastic. The entire project was completed quickly and smoothly. Michael was always responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring everything was done right. I give Michael and his Company a very good review for a complete re-sod of my front yard, and at a very fair price. It included spreading new topsoil and 7 pallets of sod. Michael was extremely thorough to make recommendations and explain what he's proposing. He's really good to follow-up with me all along the way and delivered to the dates he quoted. "Workmanship" was great and I would definitely use Michael again.

I was having an issue with my Zoia grass. I found Michael’s yard. Works gave him a call and he quickly came to investigate my problem.. He looked around, got down on his knees, started looking at the grass very closely picking and looking and found the problem immediately.

Michael laid new Zoysia in our front yard and we have been extremely satisfied with the whole process. He took his time to share his knowledge and explain options to us and provided recommendations for the best fit for us without being pushy. He was very communicative throughout the install process. Lastly, he has gone above and beyond by driving by on a regular basis to check on the sod and ensure it was getting established and staying healthy. I feel that this is an uncommon and exceptional level of service in this day and age, where the customer is forgotten once the job is completed. He goes through great lengths to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

They did a fantastic job installing sod in our front and back yard, putting pavers down along the side of our house and rebuilding our irrigation pump and sprinkler heads.The yard looks fantastic now and the dogs love it! Thanks again! Highly Recommended!
