We track the solar production through an app connected to the Enphase converter.
Enphase, was helpful in ,sorting and fixing a discrepancy with the system and Ibrahim was very patient and made that possible.
We are now seeing the saving that were calculated and we are very pleased.

From the quote request to the installation and inspection, Prime Green Solutions was professional, informative, and responsive. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to be open and honest. During the process I spoke to other companies who kept trying to hard sell me with "special offers" and "one time deals." Prime Green does business with integrity. The price was the price and once those other companies applied their discounts, they were magically the price of Prime Green which had provided that price from the start, no hard selling needed. They were willing to spend the time with me to answer all of my questions. During the installation process, they walked us through the steps and made sure that we knew what was happening with our house and our solar investment. I also appreciated the care they showed to their staff. There was a day where we had particularly high winds and the threat of rain and they did not send their staff out to work in those conditions. Yes, it delayed the install, but I appreciated their "safety-first" mind set. It gave me an extra sense of security knowing that we had people working up on the roof of a two-story house. I would 100% work with Prime Green Solutions on other projects and would be happy to recommend them.

We got our solar system installed by Prime Green in January. Initially I was planning to go with Tesla, but it didn't work out because they kept changing my project advisor and the price that they gave me was around $10k more for than what Prime Green quoted for a bigger system. Tesla kept making excuses not to match the price despite claiming that they were going to match it. Based on Prime Green's A+ BBB rating and Google Reviews, I decided to talk to Ibrahim, the owner of Prime Green. He explained everything clearly in great detail and I decided to go with them. They gave me an estimated time of three months before they began the project but it started within two months. It took them a couple of days to finish everything and everything was done very professionally. They also installed a level-2 EV socket outside my home for no additional cost.

The warranty that Prime Green offered on the system and labor is 25 years, which is better than Tesla, and the equipment that they used was also better quality than Tesla. Ibrahim is a great guy and anytime I have any question about the system, I text or call him and he is always available to answer my questions. They monitor the solar system remotely and if they see anything that is not working correctly, they either fix it remotely or come by to fix it.

I highly recommend Prime Green Solutions for solar system installation and other electrical services. I referred them to one of my neighbors and another friend and they were very happy with the service that they provided.

By the way, be careful with Tesla Energy. They never refunded my deposit despite me contacting them a few times after I decided to go with Prime Green. My last assigned project manager said that the deposit would be refunded but never responded back once I told her that I was not longer going with Tesla. Since the deposit was $100, after a few attempts, I didn't waste my time on that and let it go, but if you are planning to go with Tesla, just keep in mind that their project management is horrible and it is very hard to get in touch with someone if you have any questions, not to mention the deceptive practice of not refunding the deposit.
