We engaged with Bradford to replace 5 lights outside our home. All communication through the appointment time was excellent. We scheduled an 8:00 AM appointment and the team, Tyler and Gerardo, showed up exactly at 8:00 AM. Tyler and Gerardo did a great job. They worked efficiently to complete our job and took the time to make sure the areas they worked in were clean before they left. We would gladly invite this company back to our home again.

I was in a vacation rental for a month and had some electrical issues that the management company had to deal with. They hired Bradford Electric directly. However, since I experienced the service, I wanted to post a review.

John called before coming over and he was right on time. Very courteous, very knowledgeable, and diligently did his job.

He was in a difficult situation as I had a lot of frustrations with the rental agency... as he overheard while I was on the phone. John continued doing what he needed to do... fixing the 240 outlet for the stove and replacing 2 bedroom outlets. And to demonstrate John's top knotch service, he noticed a kitchen outlet without a plate... so he installed one... to me, when someone goes above and beyond, THAT is top knotch service.

If I was a local, I defintely would use them again.

We had a great experience with Bradford Electric! Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable on all of our questions and were able to give us several options on the project we were trying to complete. From the young man who initially took my call to the technician who performed the work and everyone in between- we were very pleased with Bradford Electric and will be using them again in the future!

I have now used Bradford Electric for two different jobs and both jobs have been top notch. The first job I had quoted about 5 or 6 companies, and without getting into details, no shows and false promises were the norm. I was recommended Danny from Bradford Electric from a neighbor and while skeptical from my past experiences Danny delivered on all fronts. From being on time, fair quote, respectful employees and a job done perfectly I would highly recommend. When I had a second project and under a major time constraint that was not Bradford's fault, I did not hesitate to call Danny again. Danny and Bradford Electric delivered again!

I really want to call out and thank John Lotak of Bradford Electric. Yesterday after 5 PM the circuit breaker on my lift failed...but my boat was just out of the water and the tide was coming in. There was no easy way to secure the boat if the tide floated it off the lift. Called John and he agreed to drive an hour to come out and rescue me. He was able to get the boat lift working last night and sent out another electrician today to make a permanent fix. Then after the fix he calls me to assure all went well. WOW! This is the second time John Lotak helped me out of a jam. I cannot recommend him and Bradford Electric enough. There just aren't that many people and companies that provide service like they do.

Guess what. There are still a few contractor companies out there where customer service and technical aptitude are emphasized.

Bradford Electric is one of those companies. We called about a faulty light. I expected an apathetic employee with no appointment suggestions until "next couple of weeks." Instead I spoke with a friendly, responsive person (Danny) who first made a suggestion to save me the service call then, when it did not work, set me up with a quick appointment. Bradford's electrician showed up on time, was very pleasant, and got to work. To top it all off, their service fee was very reasonable.

I highly recommend Bradford Electric. They check all the boxes for a solid electrical services company.

They are a great company to work with. John was able to schedule me with only a couple days notice. He was very courteous, kind and prompt. With other companies being unreliable and unprofessional, Bradford surpassed the bar. I will recommend these guys to anyone who has electrical work to be done. I look forward to using them again.

On a Sunday night, we hit the light switch for our kitchen and immediately lost 3/4 of the power in our house, including our AC. Chris at Bradford Electric was the ONLY electrician in the Jupiter/Tequesta area that answered our call. We had never used Bradford before, but after he helped us getting the power back on, he'll be the first person we call when we need the services of an electrician again. Excellent service and a nice guy as well. Thanks Chris!
