Totally love Air One . They know their stuff and are dependable, and honest .Jeff, the owner came to my home at 8pm to check on work that had been done to make sure I had air conditioning.Highly recommend !!!!

Jeff and his team recommended a coil cleaning at a previous maintenance visit. They came out on request during a cool front and following my coil cleaning, my system which is 16 years old, started working perfectly again! So thankful for their efforts!

I love their modernized communication. You know exactly when the tech is coming. The tech service itself was no hassle. Edward came in, diagnosed the problem left in less than an hour, all while having a friendly attitude.

Called after hours on a Friday after a long day at work. Walked into an oven. A friend recommended the company. Jeff returned my call, gave me an eta, and arrived within an hour.

He efficiently diagnosed my issue and replaced my capacitor. He charged me fairly and I feel didn't try to take advantage of me in my desperate situation.

Air One has exceeded my expectations! Their staff is polite, punctual & professional AND the prices are incredible. They also use texts to send appointment reminders, arrival times & sending receipts which I really love. Before my friend referred me to AirOne I contacted another local company to schedule my maintenance and was told "we don't like doing maintenance when it's this hot out, but they will look for availability, I waited a week and nobody called me back" I'm happy they didn't because I wouldn't have been introduced to this incredible company!!

The crew of AirOne Cooling and Heating were extremely professional with taking extra steps most competitors would cut corners to save a few dollars. I appreciated the fact that in each room they covered the areas around our vents and anything that could potentially be impacted from dust ruining things like our electronics. It was nice for once to feel in goods hands and not have to worry about a company making more work in the end for us to clean up after. I highly recommend AirOne when it come to your HVAC needs.

Loved these guys! Jeffrey pointed out an electric panel issue that was causing the AC not to work : advised me to call an electrician which I did and what we found was a bigger possible house on fire issue!
