Per as usual Travis showed up within an hour and fixed our A/C! We didn't use him a few weeks ago and got ripped off by another company that didn't fix the problem correctly. The reason we didn't use Travis a few weeks ago was because my husband lost his number.

I had an issue with my AC where it was dripping from my air handler onto the floor. I called Kool Air and More and Travis showed up in less than an hour. Scheduling was easy and he notified me about my appointment by text and also when he was on the way. He worked efficiently and provided recommendations to avoid the issue in the future. He was able to charge my card right on the spot. It was a really convenient experience. I am going to have him back for additional services and I highly recommend him and his company.
