Damien did a great job repairing our A/C when it went out. Great communication and prompt arrival to the house. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

I would highly recommend South Florida crane, and cooling company. They were at my house within 24 hours & diagnosed the air conditioner problem. The company gave me several options to resolve the problem. I was very impressed with the service techs they were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I would certainly have them again in servicing my air conditioner!

I only do reviews when they matter (good or bad)! They're a Great Local Company with a Superb Staff. They were able to fit me in on a fairly short notice - in spite of their busy schedule - just in time for four guests arriving for a week's stay!

The tech arrived promptly and was amazing (professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, etc.). The previous owners had three cats so we've been cleaning up cat hair on a daily basis - I wish we would have called them a year ago! Don't wait; call them TODAY - Rick H. (Palm City)

We have worked with the team from South Florida Crane including service and New A/C install. Their professionalism and response is impeccable. We will use them for our 2nd AC install and all service. 1 aspect that sets them apart is that you can always reach the owner and staff. They are prompt in all areas. Their staff have been with them for years which tells you a lot about the owner!

South FL Crane and Cooling is an excellent company. They responded quickly, was reasonably priced, and gave us excellent service. They installed a new AC unit was did an excellent job! The staff was also great. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with South Florida Crane and Cooling. The technician diagnosed the issue with our A/C unit, and provided several clear alternatives to help us make the best decision regarding the repair or replacement of our system. Additionally, they arrived within the timeframes they promised.

We had a problem with our system and Damien was quick to respond and identify the cause of the issues we were having. He offered us several options as to the best way to resolve our problem with various pricing options. Once we decided on the option Damien was quick to schedule the installation of our new unit, and keep us posted on the shipping of the new unit. Robert, the installer was knowledgeable and neat. The company has a nice system to advise you of your appointments and they are on time. Our New York A/C system is so efficient and quiet and we love the Halo and UV light keeping our allergies in check.

Great company and the technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They asked me few questions, checked the AC unit and determined right away what the issue was with the unit. They not only fixed the problem they serviced every thing. I highly recommend them. Thank you!!!

This company was very quick. I called on Friday. They were here on Monday. They showed up. I had a schedule, and called to let me know when they were on their way. They were very knowledgeable about my unit and what it takes to maintain it. They were friendly and respectful of my home. They were very quick when it came to servicing my unit inside and outside. I will be using their services many times over in the future to come. Thank you guys.

My A/C went out over the weekend. We were contacted first thing Monday. They had scheduled same day and I am so very happy they sent Mike - A/C Tech. He was amazing so full of knowledge. He explained the problems and had so much patience with all our questions. Which he thoroughly explained it to us, and made sure we understood our options! I highly recommend them. Thank you guys for being awesome !!!

I was connected with Florida Crane and Colling after having a TERRIBLE experience with another company that I have reviewed here. Esteban was the technician to go out to the house. I told him exactly what was going on with my central air unit in my upstairs, and asked him to see if he could get it fixed long enough to hold until they could get it replaced. He was VERY courteous, a good listener, and did everything he could to help me.

A few days later I received a quote that I didn't understand, so I text Esteban again, where he promptly gave me his boss's phone number and name (Damien). Damien was pleasant, helpful, and explained the quote to me.

After such an unpleasant experience I had with the other company, I feel good about this company. Thank you so much for giving great customer service, and making your customers feel valued!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with the tech Ozzy Valdez of this company. He knew what to do, he explained it all, and repaired the problems I had with the AC system. Most importantly, the company stood by its warranty 100% and got the job done in a timely manner. Ozzy installed it professionally. Superior service. Simply wonderful. Called today, our a/c was struggling to bring house to desired temperature. Damian told me he’d have someone here today. 5 minutes later Tim called and said I’ll be there in 30 minutes. A company that keeps promises, I’m wowed! Tim arrived, quickly diagnosed issue and 30 minutes later we’re running smooth and our home including our guests are comfortable and smiling. Great experience, competent people, reliable and caring. A simple Thank You for taking good care of us.

A?C went out. This is who AHS uses for service calls. Our AC went out on Sunday afternoons and they were able to come out by Tuesday morning. Technician was very polite and efficient.
