I am not one to normally leave reviews, but I felt this gentleman truly deserved it. Angel Herrera, the Service Manager who came out for our work order, was an absolute joy to work with - he was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, prompt and professional. This experience has left me feeling confident in Ameri-Tech’s work on our home. I hope senior level management sees this and recognizes Angel for his professionalism and his dedication to his customers.

And if you are in need of general plumbing services, I would absolutely recommend Ameri-Tech and more specifically Mr Herrera.

Wanted to share the amazing service we received from the team at Ameri-Tech.
Our water heater and piping was failing. It was late in the day and needed help with the unit. I contacted Ameri-Tech and they came over right away to see what could be done. After serious consideration we chose to replace it with a new one. The old unit was done!
They are very reasonable with pricing and were attentive to our needs. Very professional!
They said they would come in early next day and would have it replaced and tested. They did not disappoint one bit! They showed up as promised and did an extraordinary job! I cannot express how happy we are that our new water heater is working great!
Our service manager Angel Herrera, the supervisor and the team on the phone exceeded our expectations.

Horrible company nothing but thieves. I'm sueing them now over horrible work. Never show up for work and constantly having to chase them to show up

My experience with company is not good. We hired them for new construction on our home. They filled our tub up with pond water. When there was a well available on site. Slung blue glue all over my windows. Every employee that came back blamed it on the other employee nobody took responsibility for their horrible service. And lack of workmanship. Beware do not use this company. They were the only ones throughout building my home that had no respect for my work my craftsmanship in my home.

Stay Away!!! Ameri-tech Plumbing is not a company you would want to do business with. We have had issues at our newly built property with the hot water not lasting sufficient especially having a 50 gallon tank. They claimed it was the water heater which was clearly not the case as it was changed and the issue continues. We later had Carlos an employee of theirs tell us that there were other issues like a loose pipe behind shower wall which was in fact proven by him showing me and my husband pictures with time stamps of them being taken prior to us closing yet they covered it up. Mark the owner stated that he would have 3 valves replaced to see if that was the issue but then didn't follow through with his word , after several months with the same issue they sent an employee by the name Orlando to once again change the water heater another time because this time they blamed the dip tube, come to find out it was not that either. Mark claimed that Orlando ran the water for over 30 minutes and it works yet Orlando never ran the water at all. In fact my husband has a video of Orlando saying clearly he was not checking the water he was there to change the water heater and that's it. They don't honor warranties and wont keep their word. They also have reviews on here like the one from Krista Paige which is a bogus review , she is the realtor to Monna homes a builder who uses them for their properties. Properties that by the way have a lot of issues as mentioned on their reviews too. Krista goes on stating names like Megan and Kevin which are the owners ( Mark ) daughter and son in law. We have been reached by others having the same issues and an employee from Ameri-tech themself stated in front of us all that there are other homes by the same builder using the same contractor having hot water issues as well. All we want is our issue resolved as promised. We need hot water to last , we were told it could be crossed lines and/or bad valves/pouches .

I will never use this company again. They came out to do repair on two of my toilets. They ended up cracking the porcelain on one of my toilets and never solved the leaking problem on the other toilet. The person who took my phone calls throughout this ordeal ( his name is Chip) was very rude and unresponsive to my complaints. I am left with a cracked toilet that he refuses to take responsibility for and another toilet that the leaking problem is still unresolved. I, nor anyone else should ever call this company for plumbing service.

I just purchased an newly built home and I am experiencing issues with the hot water not lasting for more than about 15 minutes. This contractor and/or company is the one who did the work but does not want to honor the warranty. They were not only contacted by me many times but also by the builder Monna homes and were told about the issue. They insisted that it was the water heater having issues and decided to replace the water heater not once but twice costing me huge amounts of water lost which I need to pay. The issue continues where we wont have long lasting hot water. It's a 50 gallon water heater meaning that it should last a long time not just about 15 minutes. The water heater was tested multiple times by many of Ameri-tech employees including Mark the owner himself. Not only that but it was tested by an electrician per their request and passed. I then spoke to a few plumbers to ask for their opinions and was told it sounds like its a bigger issue , issues like crossed lines or a bad valve. There were other issues also covered up by them. Issues that were shown to me by employee Carlos with pictures showing timestamps and all. This is a newly built home and we shouldn't have this kind of issues. I have pictures , videos and text messages all showing and proving that Mark has lied in several occasions. I have the evidence and I am willing to pass a polygraph test as well to show that i'm being honest. Mark has since ignored all my messages and calls. He refuses to fix the issue even though its under warranty. They deserve to be looked into , this is uncalled for. Its unprofessional and totally not right. I looked into Ameri-tech as well and found other complains. This is not the proper way to operate a business and it should not be condone. After being told that they are not supposed to put up temperature on water heater as it could cause them legal issues Mark himself decided to do it so that it could " temporarily fix " the issue even though it didn't. Here are some pictures. More upon requests. I Even have a video of employee Orlando stating that he was not going to check water he was changing the water heater yet again and leaving which was what he was told to do. It's not a water Heater problem it's a plumbing problem!!
