Alex did an excellent job replacing an old toilet at my house for a reasonable price. Would definitely use Flamingo and Alex again for future plumbing needs.

Sal was FANTASTIC! Knowledgeable, kind and professional as the day is long. That northeast work ethic thrives in Fla and Flamingo is so very lucky to have him! Of course I found a leak on a Saturday! Chaaaaaaching! Aside of the crazy $250 charge to come to my door and the $200 locate and diagnosis charge $450 before work was even done.... (These are crazy times. Why is there a 9-5 (5) day workweek calendar anymore????) I think I'm going to take some plumbing courses....... :/

To start, it is never putting a smile on my face when I have a drainage problem but Marina definitely put a smile on my face answering the phone and answering all of my questions! Thanks for being so professional and courteous as a first point of contact and a great “voice” to the company- a true asset!

called as i had a clog somewhere in my plumbing lines in the house. They came out as promised but they quoted me $385 to snake my lines + $85 trip charge. To me this seemed very high but i needed working toilets so my hands were tied!! I approved the work but it took the technician less than 20 minutes to clear the line. He was in & out of my house in 45 minutes. I would not use them again due to their pricing. Very high!!

Wish i would have asked ahead to time their pricing as i assumed it would have been an hourly rate but the technicians give a quote based on the job! Seems sketchy to me!! I wont use them again.

Extremely unprofessional. Couldn't care less about the customer. Called in the morning, made an appointment. Plumber supposed to arrive between 11am - 4pm. I waited but no one came. I called at 4:23 to ask for an update. The receptionist didn't know, said she would call back. Got a call 5 minutes later from another lady, telling me the plumber won't be making it, apparently he had an accident. Extremely cold and distant. Could care that my entire day was wasted and it's too late to get someone else in. Can't use the dishwasher, can't use the kitchen sink, but hey, it doesn't affect them so why should they care, right? Don't recommend. Not with this kind of service.
