Joe was very thorough in his inspection. He went out of his way to answer all my questions and offer various solutions to the issues that were presented.

Techs were knowledgeable, skillful, well spoken and courteous. Office personnel's patience and quick answers all of our questions was amazing starting with our buying process through installation. It was a big surprise for us after dealing with a number of different HVAC contractors. Pleasant Air Conditioning is worthy of our sole recommendation for HVAC services and installation. That goes double coming from a couple of seniors who completed the process without anxiety or frustration. Give them the opportunity and you will not regret it.
