Our Air Conditioning unit died sooner than expected; we called Vinson Heating and Cooling they sent someone over within an hour. The sales man went over all the specifics of the new system and it was installed the next day. There was a crew of two men who worked all day to get our air conditioning unit in. It was overall a pleasant experience.

The office called to tell me my Tech was running behind to make sure I was ok or if I needed to reschedule. The tech was polite and wanted to make sure I understood my options.

Brent was at my house 3 hours after calling. He was able to fix my AC quickly. He was very nice and professional. The price was also very affordable. Big shot out to Geanna for setting up a quick appointment for me. You saved the day!

Vinson service is outstanding! I had another ac company not perform well so I was referred to Vinson. They corrected my issues and were extremely responsive! Outstanding customer service!

Brent from Vinson came out to do a semi-annual maintenance on my 2 A/C units. He was thorough and professional and answered all my questions. I have found Vinson to be an excellent A/C company and would highly recommend them.

These guys are great! We use them for our business and home, and they’ve consistently impressed us. Every tech I've met has been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They take the time to explain what’s going on, and offer honest recommendations.

My previous AC company dropped the ball and wouldn’t return my calls. A friend recommended this company and they scheduled me for first thing in the morning to repair my AC unit. I was very pleased with the service and the technician was great! I purchased the maintenance plan as well.

Mitchel from Vinson heating & cooling came this afternoon and serviced my Daikin air handler. He was both prompt and efficient. He’s very professional and answered all my questions and explained everything that he was doing. I will specifically ask for him when my next service is due.

I called Vinson Heating & Cooling after my a/c stopped blowing cold air.

I first spoke with Geanna(very polite and personable), the office manager who was able to get me on the phone with the owner, Spencer when I had some questions about getting a quote for a new a/c. Nothing beats talking to the owner of the company when shopping around for service. I explained to Spencer that I was currently having issues with my 10 year old unit and he gave me an estimate for a new unit. He had Victor D and Louis come to my condo the same day to diagnose my issue at hand.

Victor and Louis were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The diagnosis was through and I was satisfied with the work done. When it does come time for a new a/c unit I will not hesitate to call Vinsons.

We recently had a new HVAC system installed by Vinson Heating and Cooling, and my wife and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Ted demonstrated incredible dedication. He worked nonstop for over 12 hours to get the job done. His professionalism and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations.

We also want to thank Victor who provided the most competitive estimate and took the time to clearly explain all the features and benefits of the system, which gave us confidence in our decision.

I would give this company 20 stars if I could! Dylan was amazing, he got here on time and replaced our capacitor in maybe 10 minutes. Other companies we had contacted had tried to sell us thousands of dollars of work, even a whole new system which is only 4 years old! It was straightforward and quick. Vinson AC was on time and did a great job. Had an issue with my thermostat and they came out and replaced it immediately so I could stay warm.
