Mike Homes, of Elite Plumbing fit me and my neighbors into a full schedule at night to help us figure out why our bathrooms were not functioning well. He spent over 30 minutes with us to discover the problem. He said the rain caused a backup and the manhole cover removed which showed an overload of water. He helped us to discover our management team for our Patio Condominium had contacted the County. They said they were coming that night or the next day to suck up the water so the lines could work and relieve us of the problem.

Mike didn’t charge for his work in finding out the cause of stopped up bathrooms. This was the best experience I have had working with a Plumber. I recommend Mike and his Elite Plumbing company when you need the best company for your plumbing needs.

Had a water pipe leak under a tree. After a leak detection company located the leak, my husband and I prepped the area where Clarence rerouted the pipes. We are very happy with the work that Clarence did. He came on short notice and checked his work before he left. I have been a customer of Elite Plumbing for many years and have always been satisfied with Mike's work but I should say that the company is in good hands with Clarence!

Elite Plumbing Services came to our house yesterday and repaired a recently installed sink faucet that was not operating properly. The two service plumbers were not only efficient, quick and knowledgeable on making the repairs but extremely nice and pleasant during their visit. Therefore, Elite Plumbing Services are our future plumbers.

Elite plumbing is the best! I first called to get a 2nd quote for replacing my water heater. I spoke to the owner Mike. He took time to ask me pertinent question and then actually came out to give me a free quote.Mine was an exceptionally difficult job, because I’m in a condo, and the location of the water heater was in an extremely small space, under my A/C unit. The quote also included replacing the main shut off valve, and extending it so I could have access to shut the water off in case of an emergency. Their quote was reasonable considering the amount of difficult work that was required, to complete the installation.
We agreed on a scheduled day, and plumber Clarance and his assistant Angelo arrived promptly. They went right to work, and were completely focused on doing a terrific job in a very timely manner. Clarance is an excellent plumber. He’s fast, confident and very detail oriented in his work. I am so glad I’ve found a local, family owned plumbing company I can count on for prompt and efficient service. They truly care about their customers and are there when we need them. They are now MY new plumbers, and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. You won’t be sorry.

I called about a couple leaky spigots and Angelo showed up the same day and fixed both within about an hour. I’m very happy with the job he did, and I’d recommend Elite for all your plumbing needs.

Called about a problem with my garbage disposal and they came out the next day and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Been using Elite with all my plumbing issues since I moved here 13 years ago. They are always courteous, knowledgeable and professional in everything they do. Top notch in my opinion.

My husband and I found a leak in the garage and we thought it was the water heater. I then contacted elite plumbing and talked with Michael and we discussed what was going on in the garage. I was convinced it was the water heater and then it needed to be repaired. Michael then explained to me how water heaters work and if it was a leak coming from there what that would look like. It was this point that I decided to contact the specialist that I had already used and we found the leak. I contacted Michael again and he came out and repaired the pipe that was broken that led to the water softener. he was very accommodating, polite, and helpful through the whole process. Talking with him he could’ve easily sold me an unnecessary water heater that I didn’t need. His honesty and helpfulness was greatly appreciated. They were also able to come out that very next day and stop the leak . Both my husband and I are very grateful and appreciative of all their help and highly recommend their services.

Did a great job. Replaced hot water heater for my family several months ago. Was quoted a very reasonable price via phone. We had a bit more intricate plumbing work to connect, but still honored his pricing. I would recommend this company.

I called elite plumbing services for a pipe issue that needed up being a HVAC issue but when the technician Angelo called me back, he had me send a video to confirm which was so so so kind of him!! He was able to confirm from my video I needed to call HVAC! In the future if I need a plumber, I’m calling Angelo. Someone like that is the person I will trust with my issues! Thanks Angelo!

Mike and his crew are absolutely fantastic! I was in a pinch and my hot water heater went out. He literally came over within an hour and checked it out. He worked out an amazing price and I was able to get a tankless water heater for my whole house for a really good deal. In addition, I had a noise going off that I thought was the hot water heater and it ended up being the dog fence. He came all the way over to my house at 9 o'clock at night to take care of it. I can't speak highly enough about them, They are great guys. I definitely recommend them.

My parents water heater started leaking from underneath so I called 5 different plumbers in our area to get a quote. All 5 were quoted for close to the same amount; however, Elite Plumbing was the only company who would come out and actually replace the water heater on a Saturday. Everyone else I called said they couldn’t replace it until Monday. I was quoted a set amount, not knowing the extent of the damage to the water heater. After Elite showed up, we noticed that the electrical was completely corroded. But, they stuck to their original quote and had the water heater removed, installed and ready to go in about 2 hours. I greatly appreciate how professional they were and how quickly they fixed the issue. I will definitely be using Elite Plumbing again, and I highly recommend this company if you run into any plumbing issues.

They did a great job and came to house after 5pm to snake our sewer line. They were very knowledgeable and explained all that needed to be done and solutions. I did think price was a little high but it is priced per job not by time as is was less than 45 mins total.

I called 6 plumbers today asking if they could replace two faucets and nobody even returned my call or their prices were ridiculous. The kitchen sink was literally squirting water out at me! These guys were able to come out the same day and fix it! Very thorough and knowledgeable!! Wonderful job guys! You really do deserve all these 5 star ratings I saw when I looked you up! Enjoy your dinner! We will be calling you again with the rest of issues... Don't ever let a handyman do plumbing!

A business that actually has 24 hour availability. My water heater stand broke at 11pm and Elite picked up and was at my house in less than 45 minutes. The broken water heater came out ans they made it so we were only without water for about 2 hours. They came back next day and installed everything. Great guys. Excellent work.

Super fast service and done well! Angelo was aimable, professional and explained the entire process. He meticulously worked and cleaned up everything afterwards. Honest with the cost upfront (it was reasonable), I would highly recommend him and the company. They have earned my business!

Had one of those “big name” plumbers come by, these guys quoted HALF the price. Angelo did high quality and fast work. These guys are professional with fair pricing. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Elite Plumbing Services enough! I had a serious outdoor leak and they came through big time—on a weekend, during late hours, no less. It’s not easy finding companies willing to show up after hours, let alone ones that do quality work and are genuinely honest about everything.

From the moment they arrived, they were professional, transparent, and clearly knew their stuff. They didn’t cut corners and made sure the job was done right the first time.
