They even stayed longer to answer some of our questions and fixed other little things. We will definitely use them for all our plumbing needs at our new house! And you should too. Wow!!! Premier Rooter Plumbing And Drain Services did an excellent job replacing our three handle tub shower faucet to a single handle. Muka installed a nice remodel plate to cover the holes. He took his time to make sure he did the plumbing part correctly and no leaks. I highly recommend them.

Mike and Dionis troubleshooted our plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. They flushed and changed the element within the water heater and restored the hot water in our home. Easy to talk to , knowledgable and prompt. Would very much reccomend.

Mike was an absolute lifesaver with our toilet reinstall. He went above and beyond from what was to be a minor job to major one. bHe replaced old parts and even gave me suggestions for our water softener. You can't go wrong with hiring Premier Rooter!

Used this company for camera inspection the main sewer line condition before we bought the house and with colored big screen I got a great picture of the condition of all drain system. I strongly recommend that before you buy a house it is woth using this company to make sure your drain lines have no roots, bellies or cracks which are very expensive to fix. Mr. Mike was PHENOMENAL! He is also the only plumber I will use from now on.

We noticed a leak in our water heater. I called one company who had previously serviced it, and after they were rude to me on the phone, I discovered Mr. Mike at Premier Rooter.

He came out that same day, and was ready to stay until 11 pm to fix it that night if we wanted! He talked to us about all of the different replacement options, and the benefits of each. He was honest with his opinions of each, and was honest about which ones he thought were worth the price and which weren’t! He was upfront with his price, and what he originally quoted was what we owed at the end, even though the project took longer (and probably more of his labor!) than was originally expected.

He was pleasant, and meticulous about keeping his work area clean and tidy while he was in our home. He left the area cleaner than when he found it! He checked his work several times before he agreed he was done.

He deserves every single 5 star review he gets, and then some.

Great service! We had a water leak that required the plumber to first figure out where it was coming from, then fix it. They worked tirelessly until 9pm to get the job done. Very grateful.

Two days ago we experienced a very strange situation with our drains. They come and fix the main drain line where they found roots. Great service especially showing with camera what is going on. I don’t know how to thank them for the outstanding customer service and workmanship!
