Had the pleasure of Ener coming out today to take a look at our AC unit as it stopped working in lieu of storm Idalia. They were sent by our landlord, Ener was great and although the issue couldn’t be fixed at this visit he shared his knowledge and assured us it would be resolved following a trip from the power company. Thank you for the great service

Didn’t catch our tech’s name but he did an amazing job unclogging the drainage for our ac. Very sweet, very professional and did a great job explaining the work he completed. Our landlord put in a work order for us earlier today and he arrived here shortly after that. Would definitely recommend them!

Our AC stopped cooling Sunday night & technicians from Techno Air were here Monday afternoon. They were kind enough to temporarily fix the issue so we’d have cool air until they were able to replace our outdoor unit on Tuesday. They were kind, professional & helped us figure out the issue/fix it within 2 days. Deanna was also very kind when I spoke with her both days for scheduling.

Mr Mike was very nice. Super polite ,efficient and got everything with our split unit working in no time at all.. Thank you sir!

I was worried it would be able to be fixed bc someone had came out the day before but they sent out the dynamic duo Mike and Jeff. They were eager and ready to help. set realistic expectations and my home is feeling much cooler already.

Jeff and Mike installed a new system for us today and it was a extremely pleasant experience. They were professional and polite and my house was cleaner when the left than before they arrived. Thank you Techno. 😊

My air went out early one morning and I thought nothing of it til hours went by and I realized it was getting warmer. Put in a work order around 6pm and I was serviced the next day! My tech that came out was Jeff Moody and he was helpful, informative and had a few jokes here and there. He came in and got straight to work to ensure me and my family had air. Professional, didn’t leave a mess and showed me what the problem was as well.

Techno-Jac AC is great (Jacksonville Branch). We are renters so they were contracted through our landlord, so I don’t know the price. Call out for a breaker issue and basically gave the whole system a clean up. Highly recommend. Mike was great.

Jeff was the Technician who came to my home and repaired my blower motor. 10 out of 10 I would recommend!!! He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and quick. He had all the tools necessary to complete the job. My AC was back up and running in no time! I really appreciate the Techno Team, incredible work!

Well it is true what the other reviewer said they do not pick up the phone. Not even voicemail. The place I’m at contacted them multiple times and no answer I also contacted them and no answer. So I am going to request they find another company to come out.

Stay away from these people, some of the tech are really nice people, but management is terrible. I don't understand why Invitation Homes use their service.

Called 3 times within business hours due to emergency and no response. Not reliable
