I am a member with Blue Bear and had a routine maintenance and a UV light system installation done by Josh. He was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable, answered all questions I had for him and explained everything in detail! Highly recommend him!!

A piece of plastic from my bidet was flushed by accident and I couldn't snake it out. At the samet time, the cutoff valve for the toilet didn't work and needed to be replaced. Of the three plumbing options I had Jan. 26th, Alyssa from Blue Bear was the only one able to confirm a same-day apptmt.
Within 30 minutes, technician Logan W. showed up, immediately got to work, and rectified the situation in less than 45 minutes. The piece of plastic was retrieved which prevented damage to the pipe.

I only can say good things about Blue Bear Home Services company. I had to experience a leak that was detected by Leak Detectors It was caused by a toilet leaking into under tiles and leaked into the walk-in closet cabinet causing damage to the baseboard. Nick was very kind and responded quickly sending out Skyler Summers next day..
Skyler is a respectful and professional young man.who fixed the problem. Thank you all, job well done 👏👍

Blue Bear came out and temporarily repaired my damaged system on a Sunday to keep us cool. I had them install a new system, which they were able to do the next day. The process was easy, pricing was fair and each of the technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They were extremely thorough, neat and made sure I understood the system features and the scope of work they did. Big Thumbs Up!

I will recommend Blue Bear to all my friends. Why? Because…BB was very courteous from my initial call, thank you Rosie. She was able to locate the part needed for the necessary repairs from only the bare minimum details I was able to give. I received follow up calls from other members of the Team & luckily for us, they located the part we needed. They unfortunately also determined our warranty wasn’t available as we are the 2nd owners. Then hey “shuffled” heir schedule to get our AC repaired that same day! It was day 2 of no AC. Enter Alex, our repair person. Alex makes a statement when he enters a room. I’ll leave that for the curious. He very pleasant & friendly. He briefly looked at the inside AC unit & then outside to make necessary tests to determine if our issue had been diagnosed correctly by company. It was. He made the necessary repairs. THEN STAYED TO MAKE SURE THE AC WAS FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY! This is huge as previous competitor left & was very unhappy to return when AC stopped working w/in 30 min. Sooooo to get to the point, they did everything RIGHT! Plus, the pricing was better than what we had been quoted by a competitor. TA DA! All this is why I’d recommend Blue Bear..plus I like the name 🧸

David arrived in the time zone given. He was extremely polite and worked hard.

My air conditioner stopped working on a Friday at 2:00pm. I got on Yelp and found that blue bear had 24 five star reviews so gave them a call. By 5:30 PM same day a tech was at my house fixing the issue. He explained it’s a temporary fix to help me get through the weekend with air conditioning. Two weeks later the a/c died again and needed replacement. Blue Bear was extremely responsive to get the new a/c installed quickly. Prompt, professional, responsive. Will always use them.

Josh did a great job troubleshooting my issue with the electricity. You replaced a few breaker switches in a timely fashion, and also found a faulty light switch, which he kindly fixed for me.
I highly recommend this company and Josh for any of your electrical needs!

Nick was great to work with. Answered all my concerns, was quick to respond.
Angel and the rest of the install crew where super nice and cleaned up after finishing install. Will use them again if needed.

Professional services from making appointment to job completion. It was very user friendly when signing up for an appointment online. Not long after received confirmation of appointment then following morning received communication from Tech and company about arrival time. Alex was friendly and professional. Got my system back up and running in no time even with a system leak. Would definitely recommend! Especially if you want a seamless experience with good communication!

We had an issue with our AC unit and Alex came out to take a look. He was incredibly professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with the unit in a clear and detailed way, so we understood every step. His honesty, patience, and expertise made the entire experience stress-free.

I first want to thank Jesus, because I was wrongly led to believe I had to purchase a new Air Conditioning & Heating system, but Jesus shined His light on the evil and darkness of people in this business.

I don't know why or understand why business minded people can also be so double-minded often trying to take advantage of disabled people, seniors and women without a male presence in their households.

Thanks to the YELP Customer Reviews that led me to contact Mike (the Owner) of Blue Bear Total Services, and also how he went out of his way to contact the supplier and convinced them to open on a Saturday to get the part required to make sure my AC/Heating system would be repaired and operating today!

Talk about less than 24 hours, since I made the call, my dead system (for 3 weeks),is up and running!!

I also want to thank Joshua David, 2 very strong Biblical names and unwavering men of faith .

Joshua David analyzed my AC's situation. First he showed me where a previous company's technician pulled apart and manipulated some of the parts to disguise the system to look worst than what it was. They had me believing I needed a new system.

This company literally saved me thousands of dollars, because a previous company had me thinking I had to purchase a new unit, which is nothing short of a miracle. Especially, for someone like me, on a fixed income.

Can you BELIEVE how low some companies will stoop to falsely diagnose the problem and had me truly thinking I need a new system, even though my current system is less than 8 years old!

I want to also give a Huge shout out to Sandy, who had my AC/Heating system up and running in record time and significantly less than the 5.5 hours of estimated repair time!

The entire process was done in a very professional manner, excellent job! It was a full replacement of the furnace and outside compressor unit.

Blue Bear is always right there for any service needs. They have always had a same day appointment for me with any repairs & always punctual. The service reps are very professional, knowlegeable, and courteous! Alex, Issi, and Josh! The same goes for the office personnel.

We had a service call today with Bryce Lisman from Blue Bear Total Home Services. Bryce was extremely competent, able to explain technical info about our AC and helpful to us as home owners. Bryce helped us understand how our system works and how to help them maintain our system. This is exactly what we were expecting to get when we had a new AC system put in by Blue Bear. What a great experience with David! He was on time, very friendly and gave me an estimate on the project. I decided to move forward with it right there, worked on it and cleaned up after him. Wow! I was impressed on how efficient he was. Wow, 5 star service!

My water heater started leaking over the weekend. I made several calls to other companies who did not provide weekend service. I found Blue Bear on Angi’s list. Blue Bear sent someone out almost immediately and the following day a new water heater was installed by a very professional young man. I am very satisfied!

Great experience! Professional, friendly, quick and knowledgeable. Had a new HVAC condenser replaced (by a different company) and ended up with headaches immediately. Took them a week to get a tech out to figure out why and they had zero suggestions and told me there was mold their installer missed. Called Blue Bear the next day and they sent out a tech same day. He looked it over, checked for gas leaks and has some suggestions we’re trying. Really would recommend this guys and will use them for any major issues and work moving forward.
