So thankful for Spartan Air Solutions!

Our brand new AC compressor went out and the prior company was very rude and not wanting to help.
So we decided to call Spartan Air and are so glad that we did. When we called we were immediately helped and told that a tech would come out in a couple of hours. They helped us get a part under warranty and got our machine up and running the same day.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience from start to finish with Spartan Air! From my first contact with Taylor it has been a true pleasure. She was able to walk me through all of the steps and schedule quickly for a tech to come to the property to evaluate. Brian arrived and was extremely professional and knowledgeable not just about HVAC but about insulation and duct work. He truly took the time to assess the situation thoroughly and get us an outcome everyone is happy with. Follow up from both Taylor and Brian has been prompt and thoroughly answered all of the questions that come with making a big financial decision. After dealing with many HVAC companies over the years, they made it really easy to choose Spartan by going above and beyond through the whole experience! Five stars!

I was referred to Spartan Air Solutions in Palmetto by a family friend who is a manager at Trane Technologies. I asked him for help after a very negative experience with the company that took over my service contract from Simpson Air. The friend told me to call Spartan. He said, "They are rock solid."
I called Spartan, explained my situation and they sent Service Technician Michael Mabrey that same afternoon. Michael is engaging and professional, thorough and credible. It was a relief to feel like I was talking to an expert. He inspected everything, explained what he found and what it meant. The work on my AC could wait until I finished making expensive hurricane repairs to my roof, and no, I did not need a new AC system. He spent over an hour and did not charge me for what he called a "second opinion." It was now a relief to feel like I was finally talking to someone I could trust!
I have since gone ahead with the work Michael recommended, and I am happy to leave this review for a great job, excellent customer service, and a very fair price. I will be contracting with Spartan for my annual service, and I will ask for Michael Mabrey to do the work. I look forward to continuing to do business with them.

During a routine maintenance call, the technician identified a couple of issues that could potentially be serious and costly to repair. He very patiently explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. My AC is running much more efficiently which will save me money each month.
