Chris was extremely helpful when my water heater gave out on a Friday. He stayed late to complete the replacement with a tankless water heater, and was detailed in the advantages of a tankless water heater in my case.

I went without water for more then 1 week they worked with me to get my water back on and even repaired some other company's errors , they are just awesome

Finally I have found a reliable, highly competent plumbing company who let me know when they were coming, notified me 15 minutes before arriving on time, had all the parts on the truck for my job, did a clean and efficient job, charged me exactly the quoted price, let me pay by credit card without adding the card fee, and was a very pleasant fellow. Couldn’t ask for anything better!!! I Highly recommend North River Plumbing and John who did the job.
