These guys are great! I have worked with and had such bad experiences with other pool service companies in the past but this company is the best by far! I believe they might be the most dependable pool company in Broward County and they really know their business.! Lance and his crew are knowledgeable and trustworthy. Great service.

The people at Guardian Pools know how to run aa business. I called them after Pinch-A-Penny failed to actually clean our pool properly for 2 months and damaged our pump as a result. Lance from Guardian Pools came out the next day to assessed the damage and quoted us a very reasonable price to fix the problem (half the cost of what Pinch-A-Penny wanted to charge to fix their own mistakes) and then sent Rick out the following day with parts to fix our equipment. Then he quoted us a monthly service fee that was about equal to another quote I receivedd. His team is honest and friendly and respectful. They do a great job and I will keep their monthly service as long as they keep it up!

We have a tough pool to service. The equipment had to be moved due to a room addition so the pool is physically hard to get to from the driveway and leaves and dirt from runoff are a constant problem. Every since we switched to Guardian Pools all of our problems have been addressed and the pool stays so much cleaner. Despite the extreme heat last summer we didn't experience algae, which in the past had always been a problem. They seem to manage the chemicals very effectively, which was not the case with our prior pool company and which I suspect caused a lot of our past algae problems. You can probably tell by this point that we are very happy with our pool company. Thank you, Guardian and a very special thanks to Horace!.

My partner & I have been using Guardian Pools for wellover a year now. I regret that we stayed with th previous pool service for as long as we did. Guardian Pools has provided incredible on-time service since their very first visit. . Rick was over today to replace a leaky pump seal. I was impressed with how patient he was working with some stubborn bolts and how he made sure everything was working correctly and the work area was left in a clean and neat state before he left the job. I highly recommend Guardian Pools.

Guardian Pools repair department is good . They fixed my old broken pump instead of me having to buy a new one. Once the repairman knew I could not afford a new pump he worked with me which I really appreciate. It took quite sometime to find the parts we needed but it was worth the wait because I saved a lot of moneu. only complaint is the technician was 10 minutes late twice and never bothered to call me either time to tell me he was going to be late. I hate to wait on people but still I have to rate Guardian as excellent..

I needed BIG help with my pool when I searched the internet & found Guardian Pools. From the moment I first spoke to Lance on the telephone until the moment Rick arrived & repaired my pump I felt good about this company. They took the time to explain every detail and answer every question to make me feel comfortable. From past experiences with other pool companies I just knew I was going to get the runaround and overcharged. Not with Guardian Pools! This company seems to take great pride in its knowledge, service and reputation. I will recommend them to my neigshbors and friends in Weston every chance I get.. Owning a pool is so much better when you have a proven service company on your side. Thank you guys for all your help.

We found Guardian Pools through Google on the internet. We decided to hire them after talking to several other pool companies in Hollywood. We had a terrible experience with our first pool maintenance company. Unfortunately for us it was easy to take advantage of us since we had just purchased our first home with our first pool and didn't know anything at all about pools. After taking a neighbor’s recommendation we have now been using Guardian Pools for 11 months without any problems at all. I highly recommend them. I understand they heve been in business a very long time. They are very dependable and have wonderful people.

We have been through several pool companies and Guardian Pools has been an excellent change for us. Robbie is the absolute best! Experienced and knowledgeable, he is diligent in his work and cares about what he is doing. Our pool has never been better!

Guardian Pools has been providing us weekly chemical service for over 4 years now. Although they don't clean the pool each week they do brush it, we have an automatic pool cleaner that takes care of picking up most of the dirt, we have been extremely satisfied with their service. Edwin, our service person now, takes care of all the chemicals and is the best.

Thank you for turning our green pool blue again. It was a swamp so it took about a week. We definatly recommend Guardian Pools. After they cleaned up the pool initially I signed on for regular pool service and our serviceman Horace has been coming every week for over a year now. He is the best. When our pool pump went out recently I called Lance and he sent Rick out the very next day and fixed the pump. It didn’t cost a fortune like I thought it might. Prompt, professional and honest - very rare these days. Owner is highly knowledgeable and is always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. I have called him for numerous pool inspections on other properties I own and he always makes himself available These fellas are the real deal.

Horace has been takeing care of my pool every week for almost 5 years now. He never missed a day, always like clockwork, on time and thorough. Guardian has never inflated the price for any repair I've needed. Their prices are very fair and do not charge me extra for chemicals and minor maintenance issues and repairs. My previous pool guy charged me for the service and I had to provide the chemicals

I hired GUARDIAN POOLS over a year ago and from the very beginning we have been impressed with their high quality of service. Lance (the manager) pays very close attention to detail and frequently communicates with us. Whenever a repair to the equipment is needed they always contact us and discuss it and give a price in advance and then promptly resolve the issue. Our pool always looks great and their prices have been very fair. I would recommend this fine company

Guardian Pools is my pool service company. Their people are friendly, dependable and well-trained. Pete is thorough and pleasant during his weekly visits to clean and service the pool. I have found Lance Thibideau, the company owner, to be particularly competent and responsive when an occasional issue arises, he stays in contact personally and is easy to reach. Lance advocated for me last year in a warrantee/guarantee situation with a pool equipment manufacturer, with impressive success, even though another pool company installed the equipment before I hired Guardian Pools.. It truly is a pleasure to do business with Guardian Pools. If the first two years is any indicator of what I might expect in the future I will be with this company for years to come.

I have unsuccessfully tried other pool service companies in the past and decided this past month to give Guardian Pools a try. After searching the internet I found a lot of positive reviews and some indicating that this company has been in business for almost 50 years. I feel that doesn't happen unless you do more right than wrong. They were very prompt getting my pool repair job scheduled, very respectful to me and my property, and my pool is working perfectly again. Imagine my surprise when the bill arrived and it was exactly what I was quoted, no surprises. I have found my new pool company and I am pleased to tell others about my experience.

I’ve dealt with a few pool companies, and they never stay consistent. I’ve been using guardian pools for almost a year now, and my service tech is Rick. He always listens to my needs, and works with me. Def recommend!

Pete from Guardian Pools has now been servicing my pool and spa for over a year. Normally, after a couple of months, past pool guys that have serviced our pool would start slacking off. That has not been the case with these guys. My pool and spa have been serviced on a regular basis since the start and they do the job right every time. The staff is really friendly and answer all my questions with no problem. I don't want to criticize past companies but I can tell you that there is NO COMMUNICATION BARRIER with this company. This is a fine company and I recommend them highly.

Guardian Pools was servicing the pool for the landlord at a rental house I was leasing in Davie. I got to know Jose, the weekly technician, and I liked the way this company operated. So after leaving my rental and buying a house in Weston with a pool I continued service with Guardian. Lance and his team have been caring for our pool for over two years now and they continue to be the best. We were assigned a different technician when we moved but Edwin, our current guy, is just as good as Jose was back at the rental house. This is truly a 5 star company.

Guardian Pools has been servicing my pool for over 3 years now. Their work is exemplary and they are so easy to communicate with.
