Emerald Coast Air Conditioning is fantastic. Last year they did a whole AC replacement when ours when out just as the warmer weather was setting in. Our technician Alex is super friendly and easy to communicate with. We got on their service plan and I longer have to worry about waiting on the home warranty folks. Great company and fantastic people!

6/25/25: our old thermostat went out on us this week. William squeezed us into a busy schedule and had us cooled off quickly. Having Emerald Coast handle our HVAC has been one of our best decisions for home repair. Fast, friendly and professional. Thank you again!!!

Our home warranty company has sent them for service twice for two separate issues and they've been easy to communicate with, efficient and the technician has been knowledgeable and able to help us. Very happy with their service.

Emerald Coast AC came quickly to my house and identified a burned out wire and fixed it on the spot! Other companies have taken up to a week to arrive in the past! I was very happy with their service and will use them again. Thank you Emerald Coast AC & Heating!!!!!!

Tom the repair man showed up on time. Very respectful and did a great job. Went through my AC system only to find out that it was just low on coolant. He recharged system and all is working great. The other company tried to screw me and charge for things that didn’t need replacing that’s why I called another company. Honest companies and people are hard to find. I’d recommend emerald coast for all my AC issues. I plan on passing this companies information to all my neighbors.

Mr. Tom Dixon came out to my home to repair my AC that went out a few days ago. Mr Dixon very professional and courteous. He was friendly and a pleasure to talk with. He located the problem immediately after carefully examining the outside unit and then replaced a broken condenser. My AC was blowing ice cold air again. I will be calling Emerald Coast Air conditioning and Heating for any future AC or heating needs. Thank you guys for being there for me! I couldn't be happier!

Our Service Technician Tom was great. He quickly assessed the issue with our A/C unit not working and ordered the motor to replace the dead one. It took him about 40 minutes or so and our unit was up and running like new. It was so nice get cooled down again and comfortable. I went upstairs to do my monthly Vinegar flush of our H/A drain and noticed that part of the duct system had collapsed and the condensation had filled up the duct system and it was about to empty onto the attic floor which is the dinning room ceiling. It was after hours and I had the option to text them and they sent someone over that day….come to find out it was the owner. He made it safe till they could construct all new duct system box. The next day the crew showed up and completed the job Perfectly!!!!
