Our Generac generator had a fault message that it was low on coolant. Perdido came out the very next day to check on it. It was installed by Perdido and is maintained by Perdido. Tony has always done the maintenance and is very knowledgeable and is a great guy to deal with.

Frank did a great job of replacing thermostat, resetting Wi-Fi, and replacing smart sensor batteries. He was very professional and did a very detailed job.

My home had gradually heated during the day hitting 78 degrees at 7 PM. I checked the A/C and found the drain pan full of water. Yikes! I immediately called Perdido Heating and Air. Anthony arrived within an hour. He had me up and running in about one hour. Anthony provided maintenance advice and offered a twice of year maintenance program. Of course I signed up to prevent these issues in the future.

I hardly know where to start with this FIVE star review, it’s hard to find the words for a company with this level of integrity.
I called at 10:00 on a Tuesday and spoke to Vanessa, who said she would try to get me scheduled that day for a dryer vent booster fan issue, but she wasn’t sure she had anyone. Well, not only did she get me scheduled, but she called me back 5 minutes later with an early afternoon time. Anthony showed up about 30 minutes early for his scheduled appointment time, before we had gotten home, but I left a key so he let himself in and was well underway when I got there about 30 minutes later. I could drag out this review with lots of details about how polite, patient, knowledgeable, punctual, and all-around awesome Anthony was, but I don’t think it’s necessary. Also in addition to Anthony being completely awesome, Vanessa (my new best friend), was extremely helpful every time I called. I continued having some issues with that fan and they have been out several more times in an effort to prevent having to do an expensive replacement, but haven’t charged me more. In short, I don’t have enough time or adjectives to give this company and their awesome employees the high review they deserve, or that people would actually read. Let Perdido Heating and Air be your first and last stop for all things HVAC.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The technician was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue within a matter of minutes. He had the parts on hand to repair my AC condenser which was a life saver in August. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Excellent service. Anthony was thorough and very respectful of the property. Will be using them for two more homes. Pricing is very reasonable.

UPDATE: Well, we had a little "oopsy" issue of the pipe freezing over mere hours after thorough maintenance. Anthony, came back after hours that same day after working on the unit for hours that morning. It was fixed, no charge mind you. What a great technician and a kind and compassionate company. These guys always do a great job. However, yesterday I was anticipating a major (and expensive) solution to my AC problem. Instead, they solved the problem quickly, at a very reasonable price, and taught me some important things about my unit during the process.
