Ed arrived on time for his initial assessment of our localized loss of power in several area, went through a careful, methodical process assessing all of the potential problem areas potentially related to our partial loss of power, then delivered his report. As I prepared to write a check for his "initial assessment", I was surprised to learn that, instead of "assessing", he had "FIXED" ALL of the problems! Other companies I talked with wanted to "assess" then come back later to "fix", i.e., "Double Charge"!
My advice -- Call Ezell to repair your power issues before you call anyone else! You'll probably never have to make that second call! Thorough, competent work at a very reasonable price!

Brandon and Josh installed equipment necessary for us to hook up a portable generator. Brandon and Josh were professional, friendly and did not leave a mess. They took the time to explain what they were doing and answer any questions we asked. We will definitely use Ezell Electric in the future.

They came out and looked over our air compressor in the shop and got us back up and running big thank you to Eddie for your help

Both technicians were very efficient, thorough, and friendly! We expected our power to be off most of the day, but they were very skilled, knowledgeable and efficient and got the job completed with our power being off a much shorter time than anticipated. They cleaned up the worksite, and it looked as good as before the work began. They were friendly and courteous, and we had several nice, but short conversations. My wife and I would certainly highly recommend Ezell Electric for anyone needing electrical work done!!

I have worked with Ezell Electric many times over the last few years, both on my own home and for clients. A couple of years ago I had recessed lighting installed in some areas of my home. Last year a few of the lights started having issues, and Ezell sent a crew out to replace them. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago a few more started failing. Without question, Ezell sent a crew out to replace them. This time, the crew spent some time trying to trouble shoot what might be causing the issue. The ended up replacing ALL of the lights this time, with a different product, at no additional cost to me. They also fixed a light switch that had an issue from the original install that I just ignored because it wasn't a huge deal. Liam and Brandon (or Brendan...I think) were fantastic. They were on time, polite, covered my countertops and protected area rugs, and even though I said I was going to clean up after them they still cleaned and left everything as it was when they arrived. As a Realtor, I work with a lot of vendors and contractors, and many times it's challenging to get companies to come out after the initial work is completed. My experience with Ezell Electric has been the opposite- they are responsive and customer focused. It's easy for people to complain when they aren't happy, but I think it's important to give a shoutout when companies do well- and I appreciate the work they've done!

I highly recommend Ezell for all of your electrical needs. Great communication, fast response and reasonable price! Cole had his work cut out for him, but he was able to diagnose the issue and rectify the problem!! Thank you !!
