Tried getting my hood cleaned multiple times, first time nobody showed up and after I called to see where they were Bob the technician said “sorry my machine is broke” set a time for next week and 30 minuets before he was supposed to arrive the second time he calls and canceled again. When I told him this was affecting my schedule he told me “find someone else to clean your hoods and hung up.
