Jason gave me a quote after test cleaning a spot in my very dirty tile/grout and was able to accommodate my schedule. Technicians Ben and Alex were professional and polite and did a fantastic job! My tile looks brand new! I definitely recommend TruClean!

Jason was very professional, friendly, courteous, and full of knowledge in all things carpet cleaning! He was always on time and thoughtful to give a heads-up text as to time of arrival. I would use them again and will refer my family & friends. My rug looks bright, white, and new!

Wow-wow-wow! I can't even find the words to describe the amazing job Jason/TruClean did on my wool area rug! Jason was honest right up front that he couldn't guarantee that the set in yellowing from cat vomit stains I had tried to remove would come out but I took the chance anyway and I am so glad I did!! My $1400 rug was saved! He managed to get out the majority of the the "baked in" yellowing (the rug sat rolled up in my garage over 2 Florida summers!) and the rug looks almost like new. Go with TruClean - you won't be disappointed! Thank you Jason and crew!!!

After purchasing and laying tile in my kitchen and dining room, I decided I wanted it shiny and bright so I waxed and waxed for ten years. After purchasing new furniture this week, we decided to have the carpet and tile cleaned. Never did I realize how much was there until they started cleaning. Omg, the guys got here on their scheduled time, very friendly and went straight to work. My floors are Beautiful, clean and the carpet smells great and dried quickly. They left me no mess to clean up. They are in my contact list from now on.

I honestly never write reviews but with my first interaction with Chris setting up the estimate at my home to Ben following through on the cleaning. I am fairly certain, even if they didn’t do a good job, I would still have given 5 stars. Extremely friendly, outgoing, and made the experience great. Oh - and the tiles and grout lines are whiter than when they were first installed I’m pretty sure.

Overall - great work guys!

TruClean is, by far, the most professional flooring and upholstery cleaner that I have dealt with as a home owner. Their entire business model is top notch, from the ease of scheduling, to the friendly and professional staff and the care they took to make sure my carpets and upholstery were thoroughly cleaned. I have children, pets and a husband (😜) and when TruClean left my carpets and family room furniture looked and smelled brand new. TruClean does much more than just carpet and upholstery cleaning. I am looking forward to using their services in the future.

I could not be more pleased with TruClean! I called to get a estimate on cleaning my tile and grout, to prepare to have new carpet laid in our house. When the owner of TruClean, Chris, came and gave me an estimate, he said he could get my filthy carpet cleaned too! I said I've got to see this!! Well Chris and his team Westin and Alex came in and worked there magic! I could not be more pleased with their sparkling results!! All three of them are so kind, pleasant and hard working. They really go the extra mile to make sure that you are happy with their results! I HIGHLY recommend TruClean for carpet, tile and grout cleaning!! Fabulous Job!!! First time using them and we were so pleased. I needed my mother’s carpets cleaned for a family function and they were fast and professional. Benjamin also suggested we clean the tile and that he could do it that day, and it all came so clean. It was remarkable how clean and bright the tile and carpets came out. I can not say enough about Ben and his helper, but that I will definitely use them in the future, for any of my cleaning needs.

I dealt most directly with Ben who did a great job communicating with me. Customer service was spot on. And the rug looks brand new. The pet odor is completely gone and to be honest I forgot part of the carpet had a blue streak because it looked more green the past cpl years haha. Thanks guys great job, we will have to have you come do our carpets soon.

Second time using TruClean...using them again because Benjamin did an excellent job cleaning the tile in our condo; this time had him return to clean some of our upholstered furniture after our move in.

Extremely professional and great customer service. They use the most advanced products and equipment. Our carpets were cleaned prior by another company, and they most definitely didn’t use the same equipment and treatment as TruClean. Carpets smell and feel awesome. TruClean - professional & friendly service. They will even pick up and bring back your area rugs to be cleaned. 2 day - 2 week turnaround time. I have two 80 lb dogs that got into chocolate and TruClean made my large area rugs look new! I love this company. If you need cleaning, call them!

These guys are the best! I thought one rug was beyond hope (a wool/silk mix) but they restored it to like new. All 5 rugs look incredible. Plus, they were very flexible on pick-up & delivery dates. Highly recommend!

I selected carpet cleaning, but they came out and did an amazing job cleaning and disinfecting the tile that was installed in my house. With any new tile that gets installed there’s a lot of dust and debris.

Westin was thorough and did an amazing job with my tile grout and carpets. We just bought a house with tile in most of the rooms, and I thought the grout was a dark color - it was actually light!
