We were very pleased with the results of a recent bathroom extension performed at our Fla Condo while we were home in NJ.
Mike gave us updates with photos and facetime videos.
Workmanship and professionalism were of the highest order.

Great remodeling service & really good technicians. The project was done on time and ready for the next phase of my project. Courteous gentlemen and pricing is better than most. Recommended

South Florida Construction Group Inc. has been my general contractor for many years, they replaced my roof, they replaced my kitchen, the installed new floors in the master bedroom and have handled other items around the house. They show up on time, they cleanup when they leave and do not over charge their customers with bogus change orders like many other contractors do. I stand behind South Florida Construction Group Inc.

Our daughter had her Engagement Party coming up in 3 days and we wanted to add a nice deck to the backyard as part of Party Preparations. SFC has done fast and high quality work for us before so I called Mike Eid. He had a three man crew and supplies at the house next day. 48 hours from my call a beautiful deck was in place!!! Very reasonable priced for not having to lift a finger.

This company doesn't pay the subcontractors. I did a lot of glass installations for them providing materials and labor and didn't get paid for the most part (I have paperwork to proof my statement), I even installed a bronze mirror at Mike's (the owner) condo in Brickell and didn't get paid for that either. I recommend any sub contractor to stay away from them, save your self unnecessary drama and headaches.

We did work as a sub contractor for this company. It took over 5 months to get paid on a $225 invoice. I would be extremely cautious if you are doing bigger projects with them. I dealt with Ashley Worley and Susan Dabbs. I tried to reach Michael, the owner, but he was never available. I've never had a company be so unprofessional. Kept me on hold for long periods of time and never returned my calls. Promised to be paid time and time again and never received payment. Finally got paid today 12/23/2021 on an invoice dated 7/12/2021....unreal.

Be very cautious when working with this company, especially with Mike and Ashley. They pressured us with the work and pricing, assuring us that payment would be made on time. However, once the job was completed, they blocked us from all communication channels and never made the agreed payment. Additionally, they made us wait for an inspection that never happened. Their lack of professionalism and ethics is alarming. We do not recommend working with this company under any circumstances—they still owe us more than $14,000.

Please DO NOT use them. Mike was recommended to me by a friend as I wanted to remodel a bathroom in my condo. The project that Mike assured me would only take a few weeks instead took several months. There were repeated issues and delays as Mike failed to submit the proper paperwork and get the correct city permitting (as required by my HOA). There were large periods of inactivity where I didn’t know if/when any workers would show up, and getting responses from Mike or his office was a constant hassle with poor communication. That being said, when the work was finally done it was done in a satisfactory manner. Fast forward a few years and I go to sell the condo, only to discover that Mike failed to finalize all city permits as he was required to do. My realtor, attorney and I spent nearly two months trying to get Mike and his office assistant Ashley to close out the old permits. They refused to return phone calls or emails, and again repeatedly messed up the permitting process, all while refusing to do anything unless I paid for the permits that they failed to initially obtain. While my general expectations for a GC in South Florida are low, there HAS to be a better group to work with than these people. I nearly lost the sale of my condo due to their negligence and/or incompetence, and only the threat of legal action got them to do the bare minimum as required by the contact I signed with them several years prior.
