I've been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, and this company is on top of their game!!! Their inspectors are friendly, and know what they're doing! On top of it "Craig Falk" the manager, not only schedules the inspections for you over the phone, but he goes above and beyond... I also own an insurance agency, and whenever I need a favor on rectifying an inspection once the repairs have been made, or scheduling a short notice inspection he takes care of me right away!! This company always comes through, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

When I recently needed a home inspection, Wise Move Home Inspections (WMHI) was recommended to me. I was immediately impressed with the responding inspector, Felipe who was quite thorough during his inspection. While carefully inspecting all which was required, he eagerly informed me verbally of certain issues that were quite helpful to me.

I was also impressed with how quickly (a matter of hours) Felipe was able to generate his report after performing such a detailed and comprehensive inspection.

I strongly recommend WMHI to anyone needing the services of a home inspector. Their fees are also quite reasonable.
