Our cooling system stopped working during a heat wave, and we were suffering! A technician came out to fix the air conditioner, and it turned out that the capacitor had failed. He promptly replaced it and cleaned the dust-covered evaporator coil. Now that the air is blowing colder than ever, our house cools down significantly faster. I am very relieved that we did not have to replace the entire system.
