The AC stopped cooling on Sunday. As soon as I requested a service they scheduled a technician to come on Memorial Day. And completed the service next day immediately after diagnosing the problem. We are very happy with the service we received and strongly recommend.

I’ve used them for a few issues on a renovation of a recently purchased older home. They have always been responsive and communicated very well. Would recommend them very highly. Great company.

Company was prompt to schedule appointment and the techs were quick to find the issue with the unit. Waiting for the part was the most difficult part of this transaction. The technician Serhii was quick to assess the issue and then Bosdam was the one to fix the issue in the unit. I would recommend the company.

Matthew Charles and Andrei Yasiuk did an outstanding job cleaning our air conditioning unit. They were thorough and left us feeling so secure about their work.

Great job. Came the same day I needed them for my elderly mom. They’ve been there every time I’ve called. Highly recommend. Anthony is awesome.

I had an AC service from Aura America, and Bogdan Teslenko was the technician that come over. He was able to troubleshoot the issue, replace the broken part and bring back the AC in a few hours. I am writing the review in appreciation of his work.

Andrei was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
The service he provided was excellent.
He explained his process and made great suggestions for future HVAC care. I appreciate his professionalism and courteousness. He cleaned up after himself and my A/C is blowing cooler than before. He deserves more than 5 stars!

Although we initially had quite the snafu with the insurance company and Aura America, Aura did everything necessary to rectify the issue in a professional way and maintained strong communication throughout the process. The issue is essentially resolved pending a final part to be installed. I'll manage/change this review if it doesn't, but so far, we're in good shape and home is cool!

A friend recommended Air America to me to replace air conditioning unit in my condo. They gave me a fair price, came on time worked very professionally and cleaned up after themselves.

Tech were very polite, on time and answered all questions/ Cleaned up afterwards.

Mr Syliaiev was on time, he worked nonstop for hours even outside during some rain until the repair was done and air conditioning working. He is extremely experienced, intelligent and nice.

Your Tech is a great asset to your company. Not happy with the person who schedules our appointments. Was told tech would be on site between 8:30 to 9:30. Waited for tech, never showed up. Call office and was told tech was rescheduled for 3pm on, no heads up from office. missed 2 hour of work because of lack of communication on your part

My experience wea great. Anderi was very polite and respectful. He was very knowledgeable about his work I would recommend Aura American HVAC to my friends and family. And i look forward to working with them in the future.

we live in southern Florida in our air conditioning is not working at all. Aura sent a technician within two hours. He made the diagnosis and took the necessary information to fix the problem. I am waiting now for American home shield, who has in the past been excellent to expedite the process. I will keep you informed. I think it is important for reviews to be made so that companies are accountable. To date I have found AHS To have provided excellent service. Aura’s reviews look very good. My wife is ill, the weather is hot and wish this to be resolved as fast as possible. Wish me luck. The fellow came out the next day and the system is working perfectly. I can’t say enough about Aura. The office staff was off the charts, they communicated with me by text and phone. It were extraordinarily pleasant. The technician knew his job well and successfully completed the extensive work. He described all that he did and was very pleasant. They all certainly deserve five stars plus.

Amazing company. So helpful, explained everything, kept schedule & Enrico was great . He was professional, cleaned up after & answered all my questions. Losing your A/C in Florida is a nightmare but Aura really made it not too bad. I highly recommend this company.

We had the AC unit replaced on the 03 deck of the USCGC Ingham Memorial Museum Ship. The customer service of Aura America was excellent. The removal of the old unit and installation of the new unit was perfect. The technicians were friendly and very professional.

Even though it was very late and the techs were clearly exhausted from a long day, the Aura serviceman spent the time and found the unusual problem that the previous HVAC company assigned by American Home Shied both misdiagnosed and lied about in order to deny the claim. I am blown away by the honesty and integrity of Aura and they earned my highest recommendation. Bravo ! 👏
