Technician Brian called to let me know that he was in route, but would arrive right after the storm showers. He was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem, a blown capacitor. He also noticed that a previous tech repair, from before I purchased my home, had placed a metal bar across a fuse! This circumvented the purpose of the fuse and is a very serious safety issue. He fixed that and did a check of the system before he left. I was very pleased with his thoroughness.

I've used BW Air on multiple occasions and find them to be an A+ company! They are very responsive, show up when they say they will and their services are very affordable. I've never felt they were anything but honest in their assessment of my AC needs. I highly recommend them.

I got 3 different quotes from the top AC companies in the area. Each one suggested I should switch out the entire unit. BW was able to fix the issue quickly, easily, and for a fraction of the replacement cost. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy people. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are always professional and very thorough. They don’t try to make you spend any more money than you need to. The best part about my experience today is that I needed a new dryer replaced and they are able to send another tech out the same day to get it done which means I don’t have to take another day off of work to spend more money to get my AC fixed Five stars across-the-board I will only use this company in Pompano

I wish I can leave 20 stars. BW has put 2 brand-new air conditionings in my house the past 18 years. The new one was put in a few years ago. Ed always looks out for me. When your AC goes down or needs service, I call him in a panic and he always sends the technicians out and fixes any issues I have. Brian the Tech has been in my house alone when I am at work because that's how much trust I have in BW. It is a great feeling living in South Florida and having a trust worthy Air Conditioning company. The Techs are even cool with my kids. Cant get much better than that.....

Brian, my repairman, was excellent, honest and forthcoming when examining my HVAC unit. Unfortunately, he determined ultimately it had to be replaced. I was very confident I got the best information in making my decision to replace the unit. B.W. Air conditioning Services has been our family’s “go to” service as they are responsible and very reliable with all of our family. They are a gem. My family has been using BW air for more than two decades at this point, so this review is well overdue. I can’t explain how appreciative I am of Brian, Jorge and all the other guys that have came out and got my AC running the same day. It’s impossible to find reliable people in south Florida, but BW completely hits it out of the park. No matter who you talk to from the office staff to the field techs, they are all personable and have a good attitude. Their service plan is a solid deal, and they are very transparent and trustworthy about the condition of parts and whether or not they need to be replaced.

A big thank you to everyone at BW air who makes the wheels turn over there. You are so appreciated for the hard word.

I cannot speak more highly of BW and the service that they provided me and my family. Our AC unit was leaking Freon from a tiny hole in our coils and they were able quickly assess the problem, find the part needed, and install the new part all in less than 48 hours.

More specifically, Brian was exceptionally professional. He was very pleasant to talk to, walked through the entire process, provided me options, and gave me some great advice. I couldn't more satisfied with his service.

Jorge was a pleasure to work with and was able to accurately diagnose the issue, despite the fact that I called telling them a different company told me I needed a new thermostat. I didn’t actually need a new thermostat, and he addressed multiple other issues that our previous company had just taped and put foam on. My only regret is not using BW sooner. They were fantastic to work with and we will use them again.

did alot of research to replace a central ac unit for our condo. Fabio and ed came right out and looked at existing unit and provided proposal for 2 units. they were one of the best prices. they handled the permits, install and inspections. questions answered quickly. they are a class act. I highly recommend bw ac.
