Have used this service for a few years and they are terrific. The Technician Michael from New England very helpful took his time explained everything. Great personality I wish I had the same confidence in my doctor! Highly Recommend

I’ve used Engineered Air for the last 5 years via their yearly service contract, which is totally worth it. They are always courteous and schedule needed maintenance or repairs in a timely manner. The technicians are always helpful and complete the job requested well.

It all started with the courtesy call 30 minutes, before my technician arrived....which I love! And then when Mike from New England showed up, Not only was he cheerful and professional he was efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely clean!! I mean he wore booties, he was courteous respectful for the house I couldn't ask for a better technician and a better company. I know my neighbor has been with them for eons and I just started with them but I'll tell you right now, Mike from New England was the best technician that I've had in the 30 years I've been in florida. I can't believe a company and a representative has such a good work ethic and respect for someone's property. I'm incredibly glad we use them! I'm a client for life now. Thank you.

We have been using Enginered Air since they 1st installed our complete (In/Out) Air Conditioning System back in 2013. Knock on wood, we have never had any issues with this System but we do buy a yearly Maintenance Contract which gives us the 2 yearly maintenance checkup. It also comes with a guaranteed percentage off any repairs or a discount on a new System when the time comes. I have always appreciated the A/C Technicians that come out to do the 2 maintenance checks. I am a very generous man, so I always give a $20 tip to the Technician before he starts checking out the System. Heck, it’s always hot outside and if I want the Air Handler properly cleaned, tipping them puts a smile on their face and a guarantee that the Technician will not only clean the outside unit really well, he/she will go the extra mile to give my System a good look. I have recommended them several times throughout the years gone by and recently had them come out to my brothers property because the drip pipe broke off by the landscaper and since I watch his home during the summer, I didn’t know that this caused major mold to grow all over the outside unit but deep into the components. Engineered Air not only fixed the broken pipe but the 2 Technicians that came both spent at least 2hrs deep cleaning the unit both inside and out. I did tip the $20 I normally do do it paid off and I was very pleased to report back to my brother that his outside unit was completely restored and cleaned. I expected a high bill so when the Technician presented the invoice it was only for $125. My brother ended up buying a yearly contract also. Kudos to this A/C company for doing an outstanding job over the last 9 years. I’m sure when the time comes, I will buy a new System from them but for now our A/C is perfect and I am guaranteeing it will go longer than I will want to replace it just for cost savings reasons or if I sell my property. A new System is made with upgrades every year over the systems gone by in previous years and they always are more efficient and puts a nice credit into your electric bill by upgrading. Thank you. Mike from New England is smart, affable and kind. Service was great and he explained what he did thoroughly. 5 Stars!

My drain line was blocked so there was water pouring into the drain pan in the middle of the night. About half an hour after calling Engineered Air for service, Mike from New England came out and fixed it. Mike was super helpful, professional and courteous. He explained that even though I run bleach through the line monthly, it's just not enough to keep it clear. I would highly recommend Mike and Engineered Air for you AC needs.

Despite Mike being a Patriots fan, I couldn’t speak more highly of him. He was super thorough and professional. My wife and I recently welcomed a newborn into our home and he was able to quickly fix the issue that was preventing our house from cooling. Will call again if any future issues arise and will recommend to anyone

It would not be fair if do not mention the excellent service provided by "Mike from New England" employed by Engineered Air, LLC at Pompano Beach FL. Our a/c was backed up, Mike came at the promised time, in no time, he determined was was wrong with our unit. The problem was resolved quickly, he was very nice to deal with and very neat at his work. Engineered Air, LLC should consider "cloning" Mike who certainly is an asset.

Mike “New England” is a fabulous technician. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what he is doing. He is highly professional and courteous. If you choose to use Engineered Air, I would highly recommend Mike.

Highly recommend them! Excellent company. We have contracted with them for regular checkups. At our first one, they fixed our thermostat setting and detected a problem with our AC that needed to be addressed. They took care of it promptly and we later found out they charged us a very fair price.

Engineered Air has been servicing my home and office for 10+ years. Mike from New England was here today to install UV lights for both air handlers. Great guy, great service. Thank you!

We have a maintenance contract with Engineered Air, and it has been worth every penny. Whenever we have an issue, they send someone out the same day to fix it. Today, Mike from New England came to our house and saved my husband and me from spending another night in the summer heat! Mike was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Our Air Conditioning ( A/C) system was short cycling two nights ago. We have a maintenance plan with Engineered Air ( it is well worth the money). I place a telephone call to Engineered Air the next morning and spoke with Lydia and explained the problem with the A/C. She informed me HVAC Technician Nick would be at our house before 12:00 PM. She said she would call when Nick was 30 minutes from our house.
Nick arrived at approximately 10:45 AM and asked me to explain what problems we experienced with the A/C. After I explained to him the problems with the A/C, he immediately went to the units inside and outside to diagnose the problem. I asked him questions, he was patient and answered all of my questions. He quickly identified the problem and explained to me what needed to be done to have our A/C working properly.
Nick went beyond just fixing the problem with our A/C unit, he actually completed a full maintenance on our A/C which we normally have to schedule in advance. Nick is very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, personable and exhibited the highest levels of customer service. He informed me when our next maintenance needed to be scheduled. I thanked Nick and told him I would like him to be our permanent technician to service our A/C.
I telephoned the office and spoke with Lydia and informed her of how impressed I was with Nick. I asked her how could relay to his manager or the owner how impressed I was with his skills and customer service. I also wanted to express to his manager that I would like Nick to be our permanent technician. Lydia was very informative in suggesting I write a review and that his manager as well as the owner (s) would see the comments. The customer service Nick and Lydia have both provided is a reflection of the standards and expectations of the management and owner(s) of Engineered Air.

I had an amazing experience with Engineered Air! From start to finish, their service was professional, fast, and reliable. I want to give a special shoutout to Mike from Boston (New England)—his knowledge, honesty, and dedication stood out right away. He took the time to explain everything about my AC issue and made sure the job was done perfectly. It’s hard to find trustworthy people these days, but Mike truly goes above and beyond. Solid company with knowledgeable techs, reasonable prices, and good customer service. They have a great maintenance package to get 6 month checkups on your system. Def a must. Otherwise you will pay more for a break down, which has been my lesson learned.

mike for new england came out to do our service call. very nice, thorough, and on time. he cleaned up and checked over everything before he left. we have an annual service contract and it's worked out well to make sure everything stays in good condition.
