Filterbuy HVAC solutions did a fantastic job servicing and installing air conditioners for me. Very professional, very efficient and I can only say excellent things about them. Mo was great to work with as was the entire installation team!

Mo was incredibly helpful getting me set up over the phone with my first HVAC checkup and was understanding and responsive when I had to unfortunately reschedule at the last minute via email due to an emergency.

Armando arrived on time after giving me a call with a 15min ETA. He was respectful my my space, and took great care to clean his boots on the mat every time he came in and went out. He answered all my questions and changed the filter for me because I said it was difficult for me to do. The entire appointment took less than an hour. Thank you!

I’m writing this update to reflect the positive outcome after my initial experience with Filterbuy last year. Around May 28, I had service completed to prepare my home for the summer heat and the upcoming winter season. While the first visit didn’t fully resolve the AC issue, I appreciated the technician’s effort and the company’s quick response at the time.

Recently, Ari from Filterbuy reached out personally and resolved the situation. He listened to my concerns, took them seriously, and assured me that accountability matters to the company. I was informed that the individual I had issues with is no longer in the same role, which shows that Filterbuy is committed to improving their customer service standards.

I can see that the company is moving in the right direction, and that makes a difference. I appreciate that my voice was heard and that action was taken. Thank you, Ari, and the Filterbuy team, for restoring my trust.

The FilterBuy team was great to work with from scheduling service with Jennifer, promptly getting a Certificate of Insurance updated for my condo, and Mark the technician who arrived to service my ac. He cleared my drain line, inspected air handler and got the unit working, stayed to monitor to make sure everything was running properly. Highly recommend!

So happy I found this company! Very professional, thorough , and it’s always the customers decision. I had them come out and check my AC to see what needed to be done. The tech was here for almost 2 hours going through my entire system inside and out and taking pictures and reviewed everything with me. I reviewed the repair work as well as the cost for a new A/C and decided to get a new unit and I couldn’t be happier.

do our check up. And today we had Angelo clean and disinfect And sanitize the A/C ducts, also install UV light, and sanitized the ducts. And changed out our capacitor.

Great job with roof air conditioner replacement,came on Friday and Installed on Monday,David answered all of my questions and did a great job 👍👍 thank you.

These company is great. I contacted them in the morning, Anthony gave me a quick over the phone estimate and had them in the afternoon done with the installation. I installed a UV light. Installation was fast. My tech Mark answer all the million questions I asked and was very polity and knowledgeable. Im a very happy customer. Thanks!
