They answered my call and scheduled me right away. They were on time fixes the issue I had and my units are working perfectly ever since.

Hoffman & Nixon AC is the Best! It is hard to find people you know and trust and this company is like having a family member in the business. Shelby in the office is easy to speak with, understands your concerns and dispatches someone right away to assist us whenever we need help or even routine maintenance (highly recommend the plan). Today Mike C. Arrived right on time as booked, and was extremely thorough servicing our unit. Mike took the time to discuss routine maintenance which I could do myself to continue the health and longevity of our AC unit.
My Grandmother used this company, My Mom used this company and I too will continue to use Hoffman & Nixon. Thanks Shelby and thanks Mike!

I had a significant leak from my A/C all over the utility room floor. I had a contract with Mr. Air but it was the Friday before Labor Day weekend and I didn't want to be charged a "weekend or holiday" rate, so I emptied buckets in an attempt to save money. I called the Tuesday after Labor Day and explained what happened. The very understanding woman on the other end of the line explained that for future information: Mr. Air doesn't charge extra and to call when you notice a problem. She took my information and a polite, competent technician named Johnny Walker came that afternoon and fixed the problem.

I gave it 5 stars because they are always on time. Johnny did a great job and was very courteous. I have no problems with my A/C at all. Thank you!

I am not anywhere near the appointment property but i am impressed with the appointment set up and progress report on day of job. I can’t comment in detail but appreciate the ability to understand “who,what,when and where” throughout the process!

Mr. Air was a great company to work with. Lots of knowledgeable staff to work with and the unit was installed the next day. Especially enjoyed working with Frank. If you need AC fast, Frank is the man to call.

Mike Hicks is the best A/C technician I've had in my long life. He's friendly, knowledgeable and gets the job done.

Johnny Walker was a good technician. Clean and inspected our AC unit. Told us it was in good shape. Old but good.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! I'm home 24/7, so the AC is quite important. Year after year, every six months, Mr. Air AC & Electrical's technicians come to my house as skillful, knowledgeable professionals. Today, Technician Rick performed scheduled maintenance and showed me bacteria growing inside. The iWave, the air purifier, had died. Today, we added the UV Germicidal UV Light and I'm told that it does a much better job at keeping the internal system bacteria-free & lasts longer with regular maintenance. Mr. Air AC & Electrical, thanks for always being there. And thank you, Rick, for your knowledge and excellent work with my AC system. See you next year!

My ac unit died on me and I ended up talking to Frank. He got me the last wall unit in south Florida and had it installed the next day, made the process very quick and easy. Also want to thank the 2 technicians that came out for the install, Carlos and John who knew what they were doing and made the installation go quickly.. Now I have cold ac blowing again in my home, thanks guys.

I couldn't be I'm more pleased with your company. I called at seven thirty this morning and within an hour, the service man was at our condo. Fortunately it was an easy fix. I truly appreciate you sending someone out so promptly. We are up north for the summer months and it's nice to know we can count on Mr. AIR quickly to service our ac unit. by the way Mike Hicks is extremely competent !!

Mr Air was the last of four companies I called for quotes. The price was almost 2k less that the others. They moved mountains and got me cool again the following day. Excellent. Highly recommended

The 12-22-2025 Mr Air appointment to replace a fan part in the Air Handler was excellent. The employee from Mr Air was prompt, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the occurrence and replacement of the part. Good job!

Mr. Air replaced my A/C with Lenox Signature series. It is the best A/C system, very efficient & it’s very quiet. The thermostat was also replaced it was the S40 top of the line.
The installer, Mathew & another installer did a fantastic job. They were on time & very professional explaining everything about the unit. Mr. Russo (owner) from Mr. Air set up my appointment & followed up on the service. I highly recommend this company. They went above & beyond !!!

Always arrive when they say the will. Mike was the tech this time. He has been here before and is familiar with our system. Very professional. We have a yearly contract with includes two visits per year.

Arrived ON A SUNDAY EVENING to find AC had stopped with temp up to 80s. Within an hour, the regular tech appeared, handled it all and did the usual semi-annual maintenance. I was prepared for a hotter than usual first night (ugh) but got a comfortable nights sleep instead. They are the best!

Mr Air is on time clean and very professional and the Technician Latayshya was very thorough friendly quiet and clean. I have two service contracts with then for two homuses. Great job and thanks..... Just got a great price for a new AC inside and out very thorough and very fair. I highly recommend Mr Air.
