Paul provided outstanding service. After I discovered water gushing out of our water heater early in the morning, I called him, and he responded immediately. He was able to come out the same day and quickly installed a new water heater without any hassle. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally, and the whole process was much less stressful than I expected. I’m very happy with his work and would highly recommend him.

Thursday morning before Christmas and I find water is gushing out of my water heater. Same day Paul comes out to assess. Saturday gives me three quotes I requested. Sunday we let him know how we want to move forward. We're expecting he'll be back in a week and instead says he wants to make sure we have hot water during the holidays. Next day (Monday) he and his wife are here at noon and in less than two hours we have hot water again! Cleaned everything up nicely too.
Responded promptly, was knowledgeable, worked effeciently and was professional throughout.
Hopefully we'll never need another plumber, but I am holding on to Paul's contact info for sure!

Paul was to first plumber to call back after hours. This always gets my attention. He unclogged a kitchen sink drain, came back later and replaced a dripping shower faucet. He and Corina are very good, reliable and they communicate easily. Paul is now my plumber of choice!

Beware of Golden Knight Plumbing. I spoke with Paul, the owner, on Monday, June 16th, regarding installing a new water heater on Friday, June 20th. Paul directed me to text my information to him, which I did, and he would be here at 9:00 am on Friday. I took Friday off work and Paul never showed up to do the job. No text, no call. He never responded to my texts or calls. A totally unreliable and unprofessional company. A total waste of my time!!
