Let me first say that I had been given the runaround by another plumbing firm all day. At 4 o’clock at night, when I was at my end of the rope, I contacted the company. Concerns are addressed immediately. I was able to reach the receptionist within one hour of driving from San Antonio into the Hill Country.
Oscar, the technician we hired, was personable, professional and very knowledgeable.

A late-night problem arose (water from the kitchen sink refused to shut off). DJ arrived and quickly fixed the problem. He also gave me some suggestions to help prevent it from occurring again. Professional and effective. I will definitely use DJ's services again.
