When we scheduled the appointment, the representative assured us that a technician would arrive within the hour. Sure enough, about 30 minutes later, we got a knock at the door— talk about a quick response, especially on a Sunday!

Long story short, our technician, Sean, was able to quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it on the spot. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to.

I appreciate Sean coming out real fast and I have some someone is coming out cheaper, but he was super friendly and provided a free estimate and home inspection for the future.

I called Roto Rooter this afternoon around 2:00 and they said they could have someone out to my house by 3:30 the same day. The technician who came out was friendly and knowledgeable. He unclogged the two sinks in my bathroom, provided some needed parts that he had in his truck, and was done by 5:30. While he might not have been the cheapest plumber around, he came out promptly and fixed my problem the same day. I am satisfied and impressed with their service, and I'll definitely use them again.

They treat every customer like VIP. The technician came and estimated the price immediately. I had a minor project(pipe rattling and loud hissing noise when flushing the toilet, shut off valve was not working, never happened till now) and didn’t have a good experience on slab leaks before, so I treated the problem seriously and did the research on pricing. First time hiring them and the technician listened and did a good and quick job, also gave some suggestions for the future plumbing safety. The price is fair based on the whole experience.

Matt with Roto-Rooter came out to two different properties that I manage. He was great at explaining what the problem was, answering any questions that I had and taking care of it. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter, their customer service is great, and everyone sounded very pleasant on the phone!

We came home from vacation to a pretty significant slab leak that thankfully appeared to have just occurred but needed addressed asap.
We had talked to a couple of local plumbers and general “fix-it” guys who were unable to help us, because the job was deep in/under our flooring.

We did end up calling Roto Rooter based on online reviews.
Matt was able to come out to review our leak within a short window of time same day and was knowledgeable but also professional and polite. He helped explain things to us and clearly had our best interest in mind.

He was going out of town the few days after he did our leak detection (which he let us know about before he got started in case we wanted to have someone else do the leak detection etc too) but offered to get us a different repairman out to still make sure we got our leak fixed asap.

Clive was the man who did the rest of our repair and he was polite and friendly, explained things and talked to us about options. He worked with us and our schedule and was able to save us money with the least amount or damage to our walls and cabinetry. He was also good with my cats who are often all too friendly to repairmen. He wasn’t bothered by them at all.
Clive also went out of his way to fix our toilet that was broken and needed non urgent repair. (We had been putting it off to save money until a family friend could come look at it but didn’t have the money to spend to get a plumber out for it.) We had mentioned it simply so he didn’t try to use the broken toilet while here, but, he took the initiative and fixed it anyhow.
He also made sure we knew how to clean the filter in our sink faucet head and how to turn off the water to the house if there was ever an emergency etc.

Both of the men who helped us had taken time to make sure we understood what they would be doing and had a chance to review options.

We did get quotes from other companies and they all wanted pretty similar costs for their services but also had wait times much longer for repair. We were able to get our leak detection done same day and full repair within 48hours.

(Matt made it a priority to get out to us to do the leak detection same day but also to arrange for us to turn hot water back on to most of the house until we could get Clive in for the full work as we had been without water over 12 hours and then were without hot water for at least 24hours from initially finding the leak. )

Not a cheap fix but was likely to cost about the same at other companies and they did make sure to help us make the most cost effective options as they could (I.e. they were able to do a copper inlay to avoided a full re route to avoid more damage to cabinetry and drywall etc and save money on labor and supplies as well)

They did make some pretty big holes in our walls but that was pretty much expected since they had to go searching for the source of the leak.

Also they offered financing which most other companies did not. Meaning we were able to sleep easier knowing we could make payments rather than coughing up $3700 in a moment. They did also offer a $75 off promo for our leak detection.

Wesley was fantastic from start to finish! Quick to arrive. Polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. Will definitely use Wesley and his services again and would recommend him to anyone!

The technician arrived at the time promised. Sean is a very knowledgeable and polite young man. He diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved the issue.

On a Sunday we needed some plumbing repairs in our bathroom and a. shutoff valve behind the refrigerator. On short notice, our plumber, Nile, came and did an amazing job was very friendly and cleaned up after his work. We definitely will use Roto-Rooter again
