South Shore Plumbing was recommended by a neighbor and proved to be a great recommendation. Their customer service is excellent (Cheryl) and the plumber (Paul) who came to our house was incredible. He worked professionally, was very tidy while cleaning the area where the toilet was installed and got the job done. Would and will call upon them again and highly recommend them to family and friends.

Short notice requesting service no problem. Hired South Shore to install a hot water tank in a 700 square foot master bedroom addition. The addition is stand alone from main house. Originally planned to have an electric tankless water heater but, could not heat jacuzzi due to tankless size. Happy Wife Happy Life.

I became aware of So. Shore when we purchased a home in So. Florida in 2018. We have used their services ever since. Their staff is top notch, especially Kirk, their service manager. He's very pleasant and knowledgeable...almost always diagnoses correctly over the phone and is very accommodating w appointments. Their pricing is always competitive. The fact the they have employees like Kirk should answer any questions you may have about the type of company their owner has assembled.

We had two new vanities installed in our master bathroom but needed the faucets installed. South Shore Plumbing gave us the best price estimate, showed up on-time and finished the installation without any problems. I could not have asked for more. We have a new plumber now.

Cheryl was wonderful when scheduling my appointment, and the technicians who came to fix my kitchen sink clog were professional, efficient, and left everything spotless. The price was very reasonable, and when I needed them again a week later, they came right back and resolved the issue at no charge. Just about everything they did was a problem

Charge me to tell me my hot water heater was bad...

Called to have some work done. Plumber showed up and said he can't do the work because it was raining. One week later I got a bill for a service call! Totally unprofessional!
