We’ve had the pleasure of working with Trust Rooter on two separate occasions, and both times they delivered outstanding service. In December 2024, Manuel Fagil repaired a leak outside our home quickly and efficiently. More recently, in May 2025, he returned to fix a leak underneath our kitchen sink. Both jobs were handled professionally, and we were especially impressed with how affordable and prompt the service was. The team is friendly, customer service-oriented, and truly reliable. We will absolutely continue using Trust Rooter for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them to others!

Amazing company, can on time and was very friendly. Walked me through step by step what was wrong and showed me where pipe was cracked . He fixed repair and cleaned up after home self . Left it looking clean as if he was never there . Can’t say enough about how great the service was from dealing with the office to set up appointment to Jose F who came out . Will definitely be calling them again if any plumbing issues happen . Definitely will be recommending

Called in the morning and they sent Jose within an hour. He was professional, explained everything clearly, and did a great job. Even my dog loved him! I’ll definitely use this company again.

I had a leak underground near my water meter outside that city said was my responsibility. Robin at Trust Rooter responded quickly to my online request for service on a Sunday evening and explained my options. I opted to wait until Monday morning to avoid $150 after hours emergency fee. Very good communication via text and email to confirm my appointment. Tech texted me directly with ETA. He showed up shortly after 9AM for 9-11AM service window. Manuel was polite and professional. He showed me the pre-set prices on his phone for the job. One price for minor leak and higher price for major leak depending on what he found after he dug up the pipe underground, so I agreed in advance and knew what I was in for before he started the work. He finished the job quickly and showed me the broken pipe he removed and photos of the work he did underground. He covered the spot he dug up nicely and put the patch of grass back on top. I was charged the lower price for a minor leak and able to pay via credit card (tap to pay) on his phone. He gave me his card when he was leaving. So happy to have water back on again!

Manuel Fagil was very professional and he sure do a great job. He fixed my bathroom shower and it never had an issues since then. He has an amazing skills and good customer service communication.

Highly recommend! I had to do re-pipping of my entire home. Leonardo and Andrian did an outstanding job! They paid close attention to detail and carefully removed the drywall where repairs were needed so it could be reused. Honest, reliable, and trustworthy—couldn’t ask for better service.

Kitchen sink clogged, I disassemble the under sink pipes, not the problem. Had to be an outside pipe clog. Trust Rooter does no charge visits, as opposed to others, so I call. The courteous agent arranges to dispatch a plumber in 3 hrs. In < than 2hrs, I get a text from Lee "On my way". He arrives, quotes a very reasonable price to "snake" thru the clog. Green light, 1-2-3 done!! Lee is the nicest dude, very capable & knowledgeable in his field. Highly recommend!!

Antonio did a stellar job installing my new toilet! He was actually about an hour early for our appointment, which I loved, and he called before he came to make sure it was okay to move up my appointment. He worked efficiently and I was super pleased with the results. He also disposed of the old toilet after he was finished, which I certainly appreciated. Lee showed up quickly and fixed the clogged drain. My house is old and didn't have clean outs so he had to get up on the roof to do it. All pricing was agreed upon up front, I would reccomend them.

Our water heater began to fail over the weekend. Made an appointment for 1st thing Monday morning. Technician, Lee, has done a few service calls in the past, so we specifically requested him to help us. He was punctual, professional and efficient. He replaced the lower heater element and checked our system for any other potential issues. System is back on line and operating perfectly. We don’t need plumber services often, but when we do, Lee is our guy. I know that any problem will be handled professionally and with high expertise.
