Service Master did an amazing job on the renovation of our Design Center in Pembroke Pines, FL. All crew members were professional, knowledgeable and fast; and they went above and beyond the scope until everything looked better than ever.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They arrived so quickly after the phone call, it couldn’t have been 15 minutes. These employees were so personable and friendly while being so efficient that before I knew it, they had everything set up to go. They had been doing their scans while we talked and then setting up their equipment. I won’t lie, the experience is uncomfortable and if I didn’t have dogs, I would have taken my insurance company up on the offer to find me lodging. But, that being said, I don’t think any company could have made this experience more bareable. The guys were great. Very reliable. Showed up about the same time every day, always asking if it was a good time for me. And they still called before they came to make sure it was still a good time. Such courteous service. They came, checked what they needed, were happy to check any concerns and answer questions. When it was appropriate they removed equipment as it could be removed. But they did not remove anything until they were satisfied that it was dry. It was great that even though it took a little longer, they were more concerned with out health. I can’t possibly say how fast and efficiently they worked or how impressed I am with their employees and the job that they did. Great work. Great guys. Horrible situation but the job they did took an overwhelming disaster out of my hands as soon as they arrived. Not having to continue soaking every towel and blanket I own was such a relief. If you have a problem, these are the guys to call. Thank you, ServiceMaster, for doing a fantastic job. Brandon is wonderful and I feel awful that I can’t remember the other team member’s name. But he was so informative and knowledgable and helpful. Please apologize that I can’t recall his name. They were both great. Hang on to them. They’re superstars.

Service Master did a 5 Star Work after having a damage water damage in my home. Gustavo and Mike were fantastic, very professional, clean work and they help the customer to navigate trough the process to manage this nightmare of water damage. Strongly recommend thi company. We used to ServiceMasters recently for mold remediation, duct cleaning and insulation installation. Gustavo and his team were fantastic. We were out of the home for an extended period of time but they provided us constant updates, making us feel comfortable that they were being very thorough. The team worked incredibly hard in order to make our home livable again and I cannot thank them enough for the hours that they put into this job.
