I used AA for the first time this week. I needed both my washing machine and my icemaker serviced. Buzzy came out to do the repair, he was fabulous. Parts needed to be ordered. He came back two days later and I felt totally comfortable leaving him the key to my house to complete the repairs so I did not need to take a day off from my job as a teacher. My bifold door happened to fall off the day before his return. Buzzy replaced the door for me which required 1/2 hour on his own time and some tweaking and replacing screws on the track. How is that for service. He told me he “lives” to replace things! Thank you thank you buzzy!!

My clothes dryer broke on Christmas morning. Several places I called do not fix stack-able washer/dryer units but Authorized Appliance Service was recommended by another appliance repairman so I called them. Randy was here the next morning, quickly found the problem, had the part available and fixed the problem within about 45 minutes! Will call them again when I need appliance repair! Authorized Appliance sent Randy to my house because my ice maker was not ejecting the ice out the dispenser door. I thought it was the auger motor. Randy quickly determined that the auger motor was functioning properly. He saw what the problem was almost immediately. Part of the dispenser draw was broken. Randy was able to repair the broken part and the ice was able to be dispensed as normal. It is nice when a repairman can repair something instead of replacing it. Thank you Randy.

Wow, what a great company! Called and said when they would arrive and were there on a dime. Randy diagnosed and fixed my refrigerator immediately. He also gave tips on how to maintain the dishwasher and washer to avoid costly repairs down the road. Honesty and integrity. Qualities that are rare these days. This service was outstanding and they have a customer for life.

I was searching for a place online and read that Authorized Appliance Service had good reviews. I called yesterday morning and they were able to come to my house the following morning to check out my oven as it was overheating. Randy was very professional, work a face mask entering the house and while he was working, and was able to figure out that we had an issue with our Oven Sensor in under an hour. The price I felt was very reasonable. I highly recommend this locally owned business and Randy!

Calling this place is one of the worst decisions I ever made. Buzzy diagnosed the problem in an hour, then said he couldn't fix it and that I would have to call Whirlpool. He has been here for over an additional hour trying to figure how to put the refrigerator (unfixed) back together again.
