I was referred to Creeks Air by a friend, and will be staying with them for life! My tech Eric was very honest and actually showed me each step of what he was doing. Their pricing is very fair, and he had everything done within an hour and a half. I’m very happy with the level of service provided and would recommend them to anyone needing AC repairs or a second opinion.

Nick came to my home to do the semi-annual maintenance on my HVAC System. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I've been using Creek's Air Conditioning to service my unit for the last 14 years and he has by far provided the BEST service I have ever received!! When I need my next service in six months, I will be requesting Nick to do my service.

34 degrees out and ac unit is smoking and blowing hot air. Creeks sent a tech,David Allen within one hour. He explained that this was a normal defrost cycle and did not require any service. He spent time explaing problem..very happy

Including warranty and service.

Mario showed up and did our requested maintenance and was professional and patience to explain to us what he was doing so we can be informed more. Eric came over to check out ductwork in a super professional and polite manner. Our ductwork is FINE and working perfectly so there was no need for repair. A previous company had lied about this and tried to make us replace it. Creeks AC did not try to take advantage of us and gave us peace of mind. Decent company with decent people.

I called Creeks AC for a service and quote. The entire experience start to finish was top notch. The receptionist who took my call was very detailed, David the technician was impressively knowledgeable, and Kyle the sales rep was very competitive in his quote for a new system, and even came out same day. I highly recommend Creeks AC and will be giving them a call for future business!

Contacted them as soon as we knew we had a problem and Ethan was out within a couple of hours friendly great service as always! We had our system replaced last year when our very old questionable unit stopped working and they were also quick to get the service done for us very reasonable pricing.

Unit needed to be replaced. I got 3 price quotes. Creeks was in the middle of the pack but the deciding factor was that they could install the unit the next day. Steve and the installation crew did a tidy and professional installation of a high efficiency unit and were done by 5pm. We are very pleased with the performance of the new unit and courtesy and skill of all involved.
