Got a free visit & estimate today from Jacob B & Perry. They were extremely thorough in their assessment and provided me with multiple options. They were not pushy at all about their estimates and were very patient with explaining everything to me clearly. Highly recommend reaching out to them for an estimate.

Cheyenne was my technician, and I would rate her a ten! She was very comprehensive and answered my questions in detail. She took photographs to show me what I needed to know. The result of the visit was that I replaced the entire duct system. I did know it needed it due to age and wear. The result is i'm breathing much better! Thank you!

Jonathan was professional, knowledgeable and smart. He was able to take in all the info we gave him and understand our needs. He was not there for any kind of service, but for a consultation and quote for future service.

We were thankful for the service of Brad and his supervisor Aaron who were able to dispatch their services to diagnose our air-conditioning units that suddenly stopped working. We appreciated an honest assessment of the quality of our aging unit, and we were given transparent options to make an informed decision of whether or not we needed to completely replace our system today or defer until it breaks down in the future. We felt like the needs to us as the customer were valued first, and that we had the autonomy that made the decision that was best for us

Service representative was very professional and knowledgeable of our issue. He toilet works much better and he found no other problems. He also quickly fixed my battery problem in one of my smoke alarms.

We had a plumbing disaster involving our well pump and leaking water lines in the foundation of our house. Lickety Split website and emergency service request management enabled a licensed plumber, Cooper to get out to our house after hours. Copper was fantastic, knowledgeable and very very kind. He went above and beyond for us and took care of us like he would have taken care of his own family. Forever grateful!

First of all, i almost fell out of my chair when I called yesterday about a HVAC maintenance service call on my two units and was told a technician could be here the next day! Today Cheyenne and Steve showed up promptly after calling ahead.

They were both personable and professional! Cheyenne was thorough and answered every question I had! My dog loved her and he doesn’t like many people!

I was so impressed with the service and professionalism I am signing up for service agreements for both units!

Brandon arrived on time, very personable and explained what he was scheduled to do which was a complimentary inspection of our recently installed HV/AC unit, Checked the lines and cleared the pipes of any build up or obstructions. Condenser unit checked and HV/AC unit.as well and all looked in fine order. Recommended an ultraviolet light be installed in the enclosure around the HV/AC unit to reduce moisture and was informed we would think about it. All around efficient work, was clean. Word booties and again, a very good example of what Lickety Split does. Thanks, Brandon.

Matt was professional, knowledgeable and cared for all my AC needs while repairing my AC in a timely manner. His knowledge was unmatched and I have learned so much from him in the short time he was here. Thinking back through life of all the times I needed HVAC this is probably the best experience I have had with a Company and technician. I would reccomend Lickety Split in a heartbeat.

I signed up for the HVAC service for a year. Today was a scheduled visit based on the contract. They communicated consistently to keep me up to date as to when the technician would arrive. When the technician arrived he was courteous, informative, and efficient. Very happy with the service.

Matt was super friendly and patient during my visit. He walked me through my issue and offered options for a solution. I was thoroughly impressed with his willingness to help me understand the longterm benefits of my decision.

Had a big problem with a leak in my plumbing/shower and Robert came and got everything fixed up. Not only he was extremely knowledgeable, but the thing that stuck out the most was his professionalism and his courtesy. Made us feel comfortable that no matter what the issue was that he was going to fix it. Takes pride in his work and it shows. Will definitely call again. Give Robert a raise, promotion, those types of employees are hard to come by.

Ricky and Bryson were fantastic to work with. The new system looks great… runs perfectly… and the difference in cooling my home is like night and day. I truly appreciate their hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail. I highly recommend Ricky and Bryson to anyone looking for quality HVAC installation.
