James Kiser from all star heating and cooling was great to work with. He’s very personable, explains things in detail and is not pushy. He gets the job done right the first time and is great at what he does. All star heating and cooling has the best prices and services I could find. I’m very please with our new unit and yearly service that THEY keep up with, so I don’t have to!

Called All Star Heating and AC and within the hour they were out here. The technician that came out was named James. What an exceptional person and professional. He went through heck finding the best financing company to go through at a fantastic price. Are having a new Handler and heat pump installed Monday or Tuesday. Highly recommended. We've had all star come out previously several times and had great experiences with this company. I would like the owner Ben to know that we are proud to be a customer of All Star. Matthew is great, he is knowledgeable and professional. Matthew and All Star have great customer service they respond very quickly. We have been using All Star for years now from our entire HVAC install to complete duct installation and insulation of our entire attic to yearly maintenance, and every time they perform beyond expectations.

James was great, did professional work and explained things very well.

Had another company come out and “looked” at the unit told me I needed more work than I actually needed. Joe came out and got his “tester” out and only needed a Compacidor. Honest people get the job and done Right. Thank You All Star.

We had a complete HVAC system replaced. The team at All-Star was fabulous. From sales to install the team and customer service everyone was professional and on top of it. They stayed on the job until completed and functioned properly. It was a bit of a squeeze and took a lot of extra effort. The team did it and did it well. Spend the money and get it right the first time. We are very happy with the equipment and the professional behind it.

Sprayed some chemical on my AC unit.
Wanted to Sale me a part. Had my AC cleaned out and sprayed in July 17. 536.30. This included two more visits. Now wants to clean and put a part 1,700.00.

Matt and his assistant were very friendly and professional. Matt serviced our split units and answered our questions. Highly recommend split units for your ac replacement.

Mathew was wonderful and thorough. He explained everything to me as he checked the system. He addressed all my concerns.

Joe and Kyle from All Star came to our home the same day we requested service. They quickly diagnosed our AC issues and got it up and running again. Thanks guys!

Always get notified when he is on the way. Easy to speak with and gives you a emailed and verbal finding of our systems status.

Excellent service every time with All Star! Good Communication and no pushy sales! James did a great job on my PM today and am happy with all the technicians I have had to date! They are all very knowledgeable and seem to have longevity with the company.

These guys are the real deal! I’ve seen so many AC companies over the years and they are so shady with pricing and everything else, NOT THESE GUYS. They were up front about fees and cost of service. They showed up promptly on a weekend when I needed them and fixed the problem in less than an hour. I signed up for a yearly service contract with them to make sure they continue to come out and service the unit and even that was a great price! These guys are truly the best.

I’ve called on All Star 2 times now, once for major ductwork, and once for an emergency AC repair. Both times they were extremely professional and did excellent work. Their schedulers were flexible as my plans changed. They communicate very well and are always prompt. Matt was the lead tech and really knows AC! On top of that, he is a very pleasant person to have work at your home. In fact, all their crews were polite and professional.

Air All-Stars was a fantastic company. They were prompt quick came to my home assess the issue. Fix the problem gave me estimates before work was done. Polite and courteous, I would highly recommend them.
