We definitely would recommend them to our family and Friends. Customer service satisfaction is the main reason that we are giving them a five star rating. We call, them and they react accordingly to the problem on hand. In the past we have tried other AC companies that have failed to give us customer satisfaction.
After using them for several years now, the above recommended statement is still true. Plus the office personnel are awesome.

AC was not working, very hot day! Balanced Air sent someone out right away! The serviceman was very professional and pleasant! Part was ordered and installed the same day! Mike did an excellent job! Would definitely recommend Balanced Air for all of your AC needs!

The company was on time, very clean and professional it was a holiday weekend and I was impressed they were here till about 7pm making sure that the job was done, working right, and everything was cleaned up nice and neat before they left. After buying our home, we started using Balanced Air for our AC maintenance and they’ve been wonderful. They’re so good at following up, reminders, always timely and every tech I’ve had is professional and very nice. Their rates are reasonable and comparable to their competitors. Highly recommend!

Working with Balanced Air has been a phenomenal experience. From the first person who came out to assist us (I believe his name was Darele) to all of the follow up conversations with their installation coordinator through to the end, they taken care of us every step of the way with fair prices and compassion during a tough situation. We started using Balanced Air a couple of years ago based on my parents' experience. While we have had no major system issues, I have been pleased with their routine maintenance and any service issues we have had. They are prompt and having the same technician come to the house is always reassuring and helpful.

Leon was very professional and did a great job performing the diagnostics of our Aprilaire dehumidifier. The service call was on time with emails and texts letting me know exactly when he was going to be here. I would recommend using Balanced Air for HVAC services.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. They were on time and took care of setting up the inspection from the County and also took care of setting up the warranty. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I would highly recommend Balanced Air for anyone looking for a AC unit or anyone that needs repair done on their current system.

Eddie came by to service our a/c unit. He was so professional, friendly, and explained exactly what his procedures were. I've come to find out that Eddie is a proud veteran of the US Navy and what he represents is what I am all about.

Balanced Air is an awesome company to work with. Their office staff is very friendly and went out of their way to get someone out to my house when my AC went down. The owner himself came out to check on my unit and was very friendly and informative. I had a new unit installed and ice cold air within the same week. All of their technicians are great and I highly recommend them. I am so happy that I went with Balanced Air.

What an amazingly good experience with Balanced Air! Our AC leaked out last night and in less than 24 hours the team at Balanced Air have replaced the entire unit. Professional, kind, hard working and honest! Can’t ask for anything more! We will be recommending them to our friends and neighbors!

I had another company from St Pete come out and they thoroughly destroyed my system...
I finally found this company via AprilAire's website and they have been phenomenal at every step.

They communicated when they would arrive and then ARRIVED ON TIME...every time!

They were THOROUGH and METHODICAL and took their time trying to diagnose what the other company destroyed and came up with an initial plan of action.

They were CLEAR and UPFRONT about the fact that it might be a process to get to a happy place because there were so many things wrong.

They came back PROMPTLY and with a GREAT ATTITUDE to keep working through the issues.

Leon was fantastic. Then Anthony, the Service Manager was able to correctly diagnose the more complex issues dealing with the Dehumidifier system (when no one else could), and then came personally to help the team install new duct work and set up/calibrate the system.

This was a new house and the folks who installed it in 2021 never set it up correctly, but Anthony stayed with it and made it his personal mission to make it right.

There has been a real commitment to making it right and that attitude is felt and sincerely appreciated.

The entire office staff, as well as the field techs, including Anthony were stellar in their attitude, aptitude, and tenacity in MAKING IT RIGHT.

I have finally found the A/C company I can trust to DO IT RIGHT.

Recently I had an issue with my air conditioning and Balanced Air, not only came out the same day, but within hours of my call. Leon was professional and resolved our problem quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Balanced Air.

Condensor stopped running. Called that morning and they were out by 1200. Knew immediately what was wrong and had it running in an hour. Great tech and great service!

Balanced Air was the only company that thoughtfully matched our need to replace a 20 year old system, with brand new equipment that wasn't "more than we needed". They also did the installation in one day, so we didn't have to be without A/C overnight as other companies had proposed. We also got new duct work, and they made sure that all areas of the house received proper, quiet cooling. They made sure we were happy and the job was done to our satisfaction. Very hardworking and professional installers, and the owner was on site as well. Highly recommend.
