Listen to this…I had an A/C issue so I googled and found Progressive Air Systems. Checked out their reviews and called these folks. I kid you not, it was 1:59 pm and the receptionist fit my non-emergency call into today’s schedule. She said someone would show up between 4 and 10 pm today. At 3:37 pm I got a call from Russell Stover and he said he was 20 minutes out. Right then I knew this company was on the ball and good with communication. Russell explained everything he was doing and told me up front about what he was going to do and the charge. Russell THOROUGHLY checked out the A/C and the cost was the best part!!! Absolutely Progressive Air Systems is my go to A/C Company!!! 💜❤️🩷💙💜❤️ 🙋‍♀️😁 Thank You!!!!

Progressive air provides quality service. From the day I had my unit installed July 2022, to my maintenance check today. Pleasant professionals in all areas. Thanks Progressive for always doung a good job and going above and beyond.

Jeff did a great job at repairing my ac unit. He went looking for the issue right away and figured it out quickly then replaced the part to get my ac unit up and running again. It's obvious he is very knowledgeable in this work. I know who to ask for the next time I need ac service. I was very happy with his service.

We have been with Progressive Air Systems for the last 3 years. They are professional, informative, and a pleasure to do business with. Brody was out this morning for our annual service and he was great! Brody was on time, stayed on task & answered all my questions.

My 14 year old system went out on Monday, I called on Tuesday, and they were here to install on Wednesday! I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and courtesy of the installers! Highly recommend!

My AC has an issue with line being frozen. Make sure you call during business hours or else you talk to incompetent remote workers that takes down your info and pass it along. Customer rep was very nice in getting me scheduled. I had (2) technicians on separate days, Vinny & Jeremy, both of these guys are AMAZING. Very personable and easy to communicate. Very fortunate to have them on my service days. Currently waiting on evaporator coil part to be replaced, in the meantime, had A/C recharge temporarily. Call them, they are great!!!!

I had a service 3 weeks ago but noticed excess water coming from beneath my outside unit. I called an air/con engineer who came & said it was normal because the weather is cooler and the heating is now being used….HOWEVER he showed me the back of my unit. He’d opened the back and attached a panel for readings. He said the readings on his panel are not good at all and my coil was shot as well as other things. He then went on to say that
I’d be better off paying $12,000+ for a new unit and air handler.
I’d save money because my unit was probably going to break down before the end of this year (it was Dec 13, so only about 2 wks left!). I told him the engineer who came 3 weeks ago didn’t say there was anything wrong. He replied with “those service techs only replace filters”.
He was very pushy and quite aggressive with it. I felt very uneasy. It didn’t feel right so I called Progressive Air Systems and Russell came to do the same check. Guess what…….there’s nothing wrong with my system and I do not need any repairs. I’m now going to call the previous engineer’s boss to see what he has to say about his engineer Nate.

Progressive air install of Carrier Infinity system was quick and flawless-highly recommend.

My technician Noah was excellent all the way around: friendly, courteous and most importantly, knowledgeable! He replaced my thermostat and checked the rest of the unit out as well. I appreciated his thoroughness. I also want to extend kudos to the office staff. They are professional and showed kindness and concern for my issues when I called.

Progressive is very responsive. We have used them for a few years now and when they come they know our configuration and get right down to business. I recommend them highly.

Overall OUTSTANDING experience with Progressive Air Systems! As the new homeowner, the technician took the time to explain how my HVAC worked, answered all my questions and gave solid advice. From beginning to end, the receptionist/dispatcher and technician made it easy and positive. All were highly professional, technically competent and focused on customer care.

Outstanding service, very courteous, and professional definitely will recommend to more people! Brody was phenomenal, he genuinely showed care for my concern and he handled the issue expeditiously. Five out of five stars all the way!

I would highly recommend Progressive Air Systems! Honest, professional, knowledgeable, reliable and responsive. I was dreading replacing our 17 year old system and they made it so easy and affordable! Our air went out and they came out the same day to quote me for a new unit. I got a couple other quotes the following day. I called him back and said I’m going with you! They were able to get us the new unit in THE NEXT DAY!!! 10000000% call these guys! ❤️
