I will be a lifetime customer for A/C Authority! I had the worst experience dealing with several other AC companies in the area. They were unresponsive and rude. A/C Authority was the best company I have ever dealt with! On several occasions I have called them at odd times and they always seem to pick up. They have done same day service and truly treat their customers like family! Kyle is quick, effective, and knowledgeable! He also takes the time to explain what is going on and gives you recommendations that you can take to handle issues on your own.

Kyle Was on time and very professional. He located the leak in my AC unit and deemed it repairable. We will be talking about the repair of the AC and replacement of the thermostat shortly. DECEMBER 2024 - OUTSTANDING!! Just had my A/C Tune Up by Pierre under my "Maintenance Agreement". Pierre was right on time, knowledgeable, professional and extremely personable and a pleasure to meet. He effectively maintained my unit and found an issue and recommended steps to resolve it... Very professional, explained what he needed to do. They put in the a/c a few years ago and every year they do preventative maintenance on it to make sure it is running good.

AC Authority is the Best! Our neighbors recommended them. We called this morning because our AC was not cooling. They sent a service tech, Roy already this afternoon & our AC is up & running. Roy was very knowledgeable & spotted the issue right away. We are very pleased to change to this company!

They came out on a SUNDAY!!! That’s invaluable for those of us with pets. Especially here in Florida when it’s over 100 degrees. The tech, Chris, was fantastic. Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He is an asset to your company!!

I had a super great experience with AC authority! I came home from a trip and my AC wasn't running due to a clogged drain pipe. They were so accommodating and came out the next day. The technician was very kind and knowledgeable and did a whole system check as well. I would recommend AC Authority for all your AC needs.

I had A/C Authority come too fix a drain issueI I been struggling with for months my drain line underthe slab had a rise and was air locked this happens when pipes carrying fluids get air caught at the high spot in the case if a public water system hydrants are placed so air can be released I know this as I'm a Municipal water operator I didn't dawn on me this was going on on my AC drain .
Kyle emedeantly recognized the problem and provided a second vent ,problem solved my float is bone dry .
A/C Authority is my new AC go to contractor .

Yesterday afternoon our A/C stopped (when it was 91 degrees outside). When I called A/C Authority I was told that the earliest I could expect a repair person would be this morning. Not too long after that conversation I received a call saying that I was scheduled for repair yesterday between 5 and 8 pm. The technician, “Roy” arrived before 5 and quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad part within the air handler. He used a “bandaid” part to get us cool air for the night and returned early this morning with the correct part. We were up and running within 30 minutes of his arrival. I can’t say enough about this company’s prompt and efficient service, Roy was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you so much!

Christopher stopped by today to do our yearly checkup and maintenance. He arrived on time, was polite and very efficient - he performed all of the required maintenance, ensured us that all was in good working order. I highly recommend A/C Authority to take care of your AVAC needs!

2024 service - AC Authority merged with Absolute AC. They didn’t have my prior records when I made annual appointment. Today Pierre came for maintenance. He’s great!! Very thorough. So thorough he found mold on the handler. Apparently prior tech had not checked the UV light and ballast that were installed 6 years ago when house was built. He explained everything and gave me tips to keep unit clean. Will only ask for Pierre in future.

2025 service- Pierre came today for my annual maintenance. Again very thorough. He found some mold growing under handler. Cleaned everything and suggested for me to change my maintenance plan to twice per year to keep mold away. He also pointed out my compressor outside is whining and sounding like it’s near to failing. I so appreciate the honesty and checking to see if I’m still under warranty since it’s only 7 years old

Tony showed up on time and was very professional! He got me back in business for MUCH cheaper than my other quote and I couldn't be happier. Call them if you need help!

If I could give more stars I would, but I called this company on a Saturday evening and Kyle was at my home Sunday morning. He not only took the time to explain everything he was going to do, but educate me on my system. I signed up for the annual service plan that is designed to reward loyal customers. Smart, efficient, reliable and ethical, I will be recommending AC Authority to everyone I know.

I recently had an AC unit installed and Kyle and his staff were fantastic. The techs were professional, the staff in the office were great and Kyle took the time to go through everything with me so I understood what was going on. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking to deal with honest and reliable people......thank you to Kyle and his staff !!!

The service technician was respectful of my home, and he was very professional and did an outstanding job. He made a suggestion that would help me keep my system performing more efficiently and I appreciated the time that he spent with me while explaining things.
