Amazing experience they came out and had me a new unit replaced at an amazing price on very short notice

David Jr is incredible! He came back the day after our new a/c install to make sure we were happy with everything. He stayed for 4 hours making adjustments he thought were in our best interest. Needless to stay, I would not choose any other company to install a new a/c system. Out of 4 quotes, AC Doctors was not only the lowest price but David's sincerity and genuine nature sold us on AC Doctors. His followup confirmed our initial feeling. Don't go anywhere else!

It was a 60 day wait for the repair part so they replaced the entire compressor/condenser system with upgraded unit for free under ten year parts and labor warranty. They even loaned us a portable AC unit for the 5 days it took to get a compatible unit installed. Bought the original system from AC Doctors 4 years ago at a fair price and the support since has been great. Always fast to respond every time I call and had all my warranty info on file for no hassle repair. Highly recommend AC Doctors.

After we had issues with another service company, A/C Doctors went out of their way to provide service and get our unit running. They even came after hours without hesitation. The communication was outstanding and price more than fair. I highly recommend.

Our A/C stopped cooling. Was making awful sounds outside, no cool air inside. I had 4 other companies come by to diagnose the problem and give me quotes. All of them determined there is a huge leak in my evap coil, and I would need to get an entire new system for thousands of dollars. A/C Doctors was the only one to realise there was something else amiss, and to take the time and properly diagnose the issue. Turns out it was a plugged up valve. They fixed the valve for a fraction of the price of the other companies, and now my A/C is running ice cold.

If you need help with your A/C but don't know who to call, this is it, this is the company you are looking for. Knowledgeable, communicative, no nonsense service. 4 other companies got it wrong. A/C Doctors got it right.

Rachel was so kind and friendly, and the service provided by DAVID was top notch!!! They have a customer for life. I didn’t think they’d be open today as we have hurricane Milton on the way tonight, but they were, and came out super quickly to get me up and running. Quick, professional and exceeded our expectations! Our a/c was blowing at 83 degrees, it was so hot & we were sweating. AC doctors arrived within the hour & fixed our issue within 10 minutes. Exceptional service, I highly recommended!!!

If I could give more than five stars I would! My AC unit was on the verge of quitting on me, and Dave came out to to look at the space and determine my needs. This was right between Christmas and New Year’s and since my unit was still working, it was not an emergency situation. They installed my new unit at a fair price right after New Year’s. Very personable, and cleaned up after themselves! All-around fantastic experience! Quality work and personable, professional people.

AC DOCTOR personnel are always very professional and easy to work with. The maintenance is always done properly.

When my air went out I first contacted Elite Air because they installed the unit but they ripped me off they didn't fix the problem and it had another problem and it cost over 3000 dollars just for labor and the air.
I called AC Doctors and they did the job correctly within a day and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg because the part was under warranty. I definitely would use them again

I called A/C Doctors after I had a bad experience with a former company..every month I had to call for a repair..When I had A/C Doctors come and assess the cituation, the tecnician repaired the issue and I have not had an issue for 3 months now. Excellant service, on time and a professional and friendly manner.
