I recently had the pleasure of using A/C Now for my HVAC needs, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional.
Firstly, their customer service is top-notch. Chris and Sean were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to address all of my concerns. They patiently answered all of my questions and provided transparent explanations throughout the process.
The crew that came to my home were punctual, courteous, and extremely skilled. Their rates are fair and competitive.

Very responsive. Easy to get appointment. The tech (Billy) was on time, very personable and clearly lots of experience. He was very clean as he did his work. I was extremely impressed with him. AC Now will be my go-to airconditioning guys moving forward!

A/C went out over the weekend so my neighbor recommended this company. I called them and owners Chris and Sean came out first thing Monday morning and diagnosed the problem. By the next day our house was ice cold again. These guys acted and looked very professional and were very knowledgeable. They arrived exactly when they said and kept me informed on parts and scheduling updates. I was also pleased with their competitive pricing. I’ve already passed their info on to several other family members. Thank you Chris and Sean for outstanding and prompt service.

Very professional and friendly! Called on a Sunday, got their answering service - said I'd just call back on Monday morning. But instead I got a call a bit later to see what my needs were, as they check on calls! I explained our issue, was told it was likely just a drainage issue (translation: no upselling on the phone), and we scheduled for them to come out Monday am.

Carlos arrived exactly on time; he was great - very pleasant, professional, explained everything clearly. And before we started he explained that if we did their annual subscription for 2 visits/year (plus a few other benefits), today's call would be less than if he just did the fix. Carlos kept us informed as to what he was doing, and when he was done we discussed our system. This is the best part: when we talked about the compressor, and if it was getting old or anything, his answer was that while most will last 12+ years, even if ours was older, it was working, so we didn't need to think about replacing it. Honesty, not sales pressure - that makes for a good, reputable company that gets not only 5 stars but our repeat business!

Totally pleased with AC Now. Carlos came today for my 6 month service. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Did fine work. I'm happy re-up for another year of service. Thanks AC Now! Highly recommended.

I highly recommend A/C Now. I shopped around to replace three complete HVAC Systems and found them to be highly professional, starting with their knowledgeable salespeople right through to their exceptional installation crews. Every person was professional, courteous and nice. Their pricing was very competitive! Plus the owner checked in routinely to ensure that I was pleased and had no questions. Rating = A+

I signed up for maintenence semi annual agreement because trust and experience are important to us.

A/C NOW contacted me within minutes of my request and had me scheduled for the next day. Eric was here on time, he didn’t oversell me anything, explained everything to me regarding to the maintenance of my unit and taught me a thing or two about my thermostat. Great experience, very professional. Stored in my phone for all future AC needs and will recommend to others.

Update: 2025 - Carlos is absolutely amazing, best customer service I have ever seen. A/C Now is the only company I use and have been for years now.

Reliable, professional, tidy, and kind. They maintain my AC to keep from running into issues. Billy was the most recent pro here and he was great. Efficient, clean and explained things at an understandable level without getting into the weeds. So nice to have a company to rely on that knows what it’s doing!!

My experience with A/C now was overwhelmingly positive. A/C went out from an A/C float switch due to a poorly designed and backed up drain tube. It was the Friday before the July 4th holiday weekend. They came out promptly and fixed the issue, and thoroughly checked it before leaving. Outstanding service!

Andrew was my technician. He was very timely and informative. He walked me through the process of what was wrong with my air conditioner, showed me what to look for in the future, and even stayed to make sure my house cooled down to make sure all the work he had done worked properly. He is truly a gem and I hope you guys keep him around for a long time!
