I did a complete remodel of a condo I bought. The job was done right the first time. With 43 year old duct work and nicotine and dirt galore, I wanted all new ductwork and wanted to add some registers as well. Jonathan worked with me to get me what I wanted. With a $500 rebate from FPUA for a SEER 16 as a credit, my complete bill for mid June to Mid July was $50 and change. Smiling!

Top notch A/C work/installation with great customer service. I was very impressed from start to finish with Jonathan and his whole team. Replaced a 13 year old unit with a Trane XR14 condenser, with a variable speed air handler (we love the variable speed option). Jonathan was always available to take my call, and very honest answering any questions I had. After the install, ACT took care of registering the unit and setting up the inspector. In my research, I have found that the AC brand you pick is only as good as the contractor who does the work. I highly recommend ACT Heating and Cooling and will use them again for any future needs!

My AC went out and I was calling around for someone to come out. After calling around to a few places and being told that they were backed up I was referred to ACT. Jonathan came out in less than an hour and had me up and running in about 30 minutes. Price was definitely affordable and now I have my AC going strong. I would highly recommend ACT and they definitely have my business anytime I need AC work.
