Cooling with Connellys came highly recommended on Facebook. Don private messaged me within seconds of my post looking for a recommendation for an AC company to take a look at my issue. He was able to come out within a few hours of my response to his message. Don was extremely thorough in diagnosing the issue, fixing it and providing routine maintenance on my AC. He sent multiple pictures and videos to me showing the work that he did. I am beyond impressed with his professionalism, sense of urgency, ability to diagnose and fix issues and his willingness to answer my questions. He is honest and very reasonable in regards to price. Cooling with Connellys is my go to company and I will be recommending them as well. I've already scheduled my maintenance check up for August. Great company and great guy! Thanks again, Don!

From the moment my husband and I met Don, we knew he was "our guy". Very personable and professional and has great rates.

We needed two AC units replaced and some vent work done...the whole kit and kaboodle.

Both Don and Eric know what they are doing and we couldn't have been happier with the service and process. Special shout out to his summer helper, Collin!! :)

We didn't flinch once through the whole process...although...Don and Eric MAY have when they were pulling all the nasty stuff out of the drainage tray (still sorry about that guys)

Seriously, the installation and overall service, was IMPECABLE!! Wouldn't even know they had been there, except now, our house is nice and cool!! Oh, and side note...the air handlers...are located in our attic.

Don came out Saturday night due to my AC not working properly. He found the problem right away and fixed it the same evening! He’s very knowledgeable and honest, every thing one wants with an AC company. Very happy with Don’s work and will be utilizing Cooling with Connelly’s for my future AC servicing/needs.

5 Stars – Exceptional After-Hours Service!

I can't say enough good things about Cooling with Connelly’s! When my AC suddenly stopped working late in the evening due to a leak from my upstairs neighbor, we were expecting a long, uncomfortable night. But this team absolutely delivered.

Not only did they answer my call after hours, but they also arrived exactly when they said they would - on time, professional, and ready to work. Don quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and got the system up and running in no time. You could tell he genuinely cared about resolving the issue, not just getting in and out. His son and him make a great team.

In a stressful situation, their calm expertise and prompt response were a huge relief. Highly recommend them to anyone needing fast, reliable, and honest HVAC service - prices were extremely fair and they kept me in the loop every step of the way and even recommended the next steps. Thanks again!

Update 8.21.25: had another issue with a diferent AC unit and once again he came out same day and fixed it immediately. Great price and showed us a few features we did not even know we had after living here for years and having a diffferent AC service provider assist us.

I had an excellent experience with Cooling With Connelly’s AC Company! Don came out to service our house and did an outstanding job. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the float switch that wasn’t working and got it fixed. He also cleaned out the clogged drain lines, which was causing some issues, and replaced a faulty capacitor. The whole process was seamless, and Don was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient and explained everything very thoroughly. My AC is now running perfectly! Highly recommend Cooling With Connelly’s for all your HVAC needs!

As a Realtor, I know how important it is to keep your AC system healthy—and Cooling with Connelly's did a fantastic job with my own AC system. They were fast, professional, fixed my mysterious rattle and got everything running perfectly. I highly recommend this cooling service for all your needs. Don provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable. Furthermore, he is quick to respond and arrived promptly. His pricing was also very fair and competitive within the market. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with his service. Don even included two free preventive maintenance visits with the installation. Just had our 1st free preventative maintenance yesterday and still the same great service!

Fourth of July weekend our air decided to go out and Cooling with Connelly was able to get us back up and running in a very short time. Professional and I loved that he used shoe covers before walking into my

UPDATED REVIEW ~ This is the 3rd time I have used them and I standby my original review. We turned our heater on and it was making an annoying noise and clearly something was wrong. They came out on a SATURDAY within a couple of hours of making the call. I am so happy with them. I highly recommend.

Awesome work. Don at Cooling with Connelly's coordinated with my electrician(JD electric) for the installation of a soft start on my a/c (I wanted this to be able to use my a/c unit with my portable generator). In addition he did my a/c maintenance. Very respectful of my home. Wore shoe covers, asked if I was okay with the spray he was going to use to clean my air handler, and answered my 50 questions! Just great service that I did not think existed in this day and age. Highly recommend and will be using for all our future a/c needs. Really cares about the work and customer. Thank you!
