The crew came to my house in the morning and installed a new complete hvac system. They were polite and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any of your air condition needs.

It's very difficult to find an honest AC company. I highly recommend working with Chad at Grossman Air Conditioning. When my 10year old AC unit died in this summer, I thought I needed a completely new main unit. They could have told me anything and I would have believed them. Their tech found that I just needed a freon re-charge and it's been running ice cold since! Thank you Grossman Air !

Highly Recommend !!! Living in Florida there are many AC Companies to chose from, however I would only chose one company. I have used this company for several years, they are professional, very friendly from the moment they answer their phone, with any question you have, and it is handled in a great timely manner to the hard working team that shows up to do the work until everything is completed, they are very reliable, work is exceptional, and estimates are fair and always honored. It is always a pleasure to do business with them.

I’ve used Grossman AC for the past five years and they’ve been the best company (AC or otherwise) to work with that I’ve come across in Florida. They’re unbelievably trustworthy and they have been so good to me in my home and business. I can’t say enough about them.

We called Grossman AC after our usual AC company had yet again left us frustrated and with water accumulating in places it shouldn't be. Our other AC company, that had installed the system themselves, had been out to fix it multiple times over the years to no avail. So we called Grossman's and they sent someone the next day who actually fixed the problem! Now our AC works great and for the first time in years, the drip pan is bone dry. Definitely recommended!!

Our office was not cooling well in the middle and left it warm and muggy. Grossmann showed up so quickly and fixed the problem. They were fast, effective, and very professional! Thank you, Grossmann for your excellence!

AC quit after 4 months.

Grossman's tech came out on a Sunday and found leaking service valves ... Their technician was outstanding and price was very reasonable.

Grossman's came to my attention when my late dad who was a professional home inspector and engineer recommended them to us when we bought our first condo at IRP. They are professional and try very hard to accommodate. They arrive when they say they will. I highly recommend!

My AC wasn’t cooling today (a Sunday). Called Grossman, they arrived in 45 minutes and it was fixed 45 minutes later. They are awesome! Very professional and reasonable prices. I have been using them for years and will continue to do so!

Arrived in November to find condo AC not working. Knew it was close to life expectancy. Called Grossman on SundaySwho sent service tech first thing Monday. Found compressor electronics of out of warranty compressor unit fried beyond help. Quote on appropriate new unit including compressor and air handler (it was functioning but older than compressor) was fair. Installation scheduled Wednesday morning. Work well done on schedule. Follow-up with permit and bldg.inspector well handled. Bill for initial call waived. No charge for follow up visit to reduce speed and noise on air handler factory settings. Overall very excellent experience all around with service and installation crew and Donna in office.

We have had several companies come out to service our ac. Got the same response each time. It's inservicable the coils can't be reached. Grossman was the only company who took the time to come up with a solution and today fixed the issue. Thank you. I will recommend your company to everyone I know hands down. Also the front staff Laura and Donna are both great ladies as well.

Chad and his crew at Grossman AC have provided Excellent service for me. They arrive on time, are courteous and do not leave a mess when they're finished. I've asked plenty of questions and have been happy with the response and information they have provided. I had one issue that I brought to their attention, they took care of it to my satisfaction. I am now enrolled in their preventive maintenance program. I always recommend Grossman AC to others when asked.
