My house kept getting warmer and warmer as each day went on, even with the air conditioner running. After getting an estimate for a new coil (that was supposedly leaking) from another company, to the tune of $1300, at the recommendation of friends on Nextdoor, I called True Temp for a second opinion and explained what I had been told. They sent a tech out the same day, (I believe his name was Edwin) and he found a leak alright, but not in the coil. It was an easy fix and they repaired it on the spot and recharged my unit. Less than $400! I would highly recommend this company if you are having issues with your air conditioner. Right from speaking with Kim in the office, to the end result, they are honest, friendly, very reasonable and know what they are doing! Don't call anyone before you call True Temp!!

Antonio was wonderful. I have officially adopted him as a son. My laundry room is ridiculously awkward and small but he moved things and did everything cheerfully. He even wiped a smear that I had made off the wall behind the machines and swept up the little bit of grass he accidentally tracked in. If all of True Temp's employees are as conscientious and pleasant as he is, you are a lucky employer. Price was great and he was very prompt. I will definitely be using your services again.

So I needed a standard maintenance plan for my brand new unit and after researching quite a bit I ended up with True Temp LLC, they were the cheapest quote and the friendliest to communicate with.

Tony just left and my head is still spinning from all the tips and tricks he showed me, he also discovered that my unit had not been registered with the mfg so I had no Warranty, he showed me how to register and now my warranty is active.

All in all I feel confident, no I am SURE I went with the right people for my AC needs, so if you guys read this THANK YOU for making this easy for me.

Kimberly set up the appointment and also confirmed the day before. Edwin came yesterday to do a maintenance on our air conditioning and heating unit. On time, very knowledgeable, and dependable great job. We will definitely be using True Temp for our future air conditioning needs. Great family owned business.

Edwin (the owner) came out personally on short notice and within 30 min fixed our continuing AC problems that were not repaired by other companies.

I have used True Temp am few times. They were able to quickly fix a problem with my ac the someone else missed and couldn’t figure out. The second time, they were here within 30 minutes and had my ac back up and running within the hour. You can’t ask for better service!! They are quick, professional, and fair with their prices. In Florida you need to have a great AC guy and believe me, I have definitely found mine!!

Edwin at True Temp is an honest and reputable HVAC expert. I have reached out to him twice with issues relating to my a/c unit not working and he has helped resolve my problem in a timely fashion. I have dealt with many HVAC companies over the years, True-Temp was Punctual, honest, quick and reasonably priced. The technician was easy to talk to, explained things in layman's terms and didn't try to sell anything I didn't need. I had two chafed wires so he was in and out in 20 min. Two thumbs up and I will call them again when needed...

I have been dealing with True Temp for over a year now & their service is second to none! Their Techs are on time & I know I can trust them to not try to up sale me on what I don't need, like some of the other A/C companies that I have dealt with in the past. I highly recommend this company to do your regular Maintenance, UV Light, Dryer Vent Cleaning or Install of a new A/C unit!

Edwin and his team were honest, professional, knowledgeable and efficient! They gave us the best quote around town and explained all the ins and outs of what we needed. We were even able to get a temporary portable ac unit until they came to install our new unit. I recommend them to everyone!

Honest, reliable, knowledgeable and fair. I live in Jupiter and wasn’t sure I was in the service area. After reading all the positive reviews I gave TrueTemp a call and I’m glad I did! Even after I explained that this was not an emergency I still had a service call that day. My a/c wasn’t working and I had been told by a local company that I needed an entire new system. The high price and the high pressure sales pitch had me thinking something was fishy. I called True Temp and after checking the entire system they told me all I needed was a new thermostat! They put it in and the system works fine! Highly highly recommended. Give them a call, you’ll be happy you did.

Ahmed took care of a clogged AC drain with a common sense solution. Very pleased with the new AC pipe he installed to take care of the problem.

TrueTemp was great to work with. I needed a maintenance call which was scheduled timely and good thing too. We needed a few things replaced due to a leak and everything was completed in two days and it only took that long due to waiting for a part! My neighbor had the same issue and it still waiting over a week later to get his fixed. I’m glad we went with TrueTemp. True Temp is an amazing company! They are very honest and do a great job. I have used the company to replace my AC for two different homes and both times they have been very professional. After replacing the AC at our current home, our bill has gone down almost $100 than usual. They also set up a WIFI thermostat that allows me to control the temperature through my phone and it’s amazing!

When we moved to Port ST Lucie, we had no idea who to call for AC Service, True Temp was recommended through our Mortgage Superstar, we were so pleased with True Temp that we decided to go ahead with a new system instead of just maintaining what we had. True Temp gave us an awesome price, superb service and all on time and with a smile. Last night we had a need for service, All Temp did not hesitate one bit and was at our door within 15 minutes and had us up and running immediately, and again with a smile. Today they emailed me with a Service Contract for maintenance and I could not believe how reasonable the rate is! True Temp includes 2 maintenance appointments per year, not one like most of the other service companies. We are so pleased with True Temp and will continue to use them for many years!

I met the owners of True Temp last year in a Entrepreneur Program and loved their true passion and professionalism for what they have created. Hence, them being in the program to only further their business. I further started using them to help assist when I had any issues for my A/C in my business and I must say, they have always saved me. They are timely and will try to get to you within less than 24 hours if not sooner, most of the time the same day, they fix the problem, explain in detail what's wrong and are very affordable. Excellent service. Edwin showed up at the allotted time, I didn't have to call him. He took his time to explain everything about the service. The price was more than fair. I ended up having a uv light installed on my ac unit and it's been working out great for my family with allergies.
